S.No Item of Works Unit Quantity Rate Amount 1 ELECTRIC PANEL : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor / wall mounting, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof, dead back, fully compartmentalized cubicle type new electric panel made of 2mm thick sheet steel suitable for use on 500V, 3PH, 4 wire 50 Hz A.C. system, incoming ACB/MCCB/Changeover Switch, high conductivity TP&N electrolytic grade aluminium busbars (INDAL /HINDALCO /BALCO/ NALCO), outgoing MCCBs,/MCBs, instrumentation, C.Ts, outgoing feeder terminals and incoming cable compartment having detachable gland plate at top and bottom. The incoming and outgoing functional units shall be arranged in multi tier formation to provide a compact electric panel. Each unit shall be accommodated in a totally separate compartment having hinged door with neoprene gasket and locking arrangement, louvers with brass mesh inside for ventilation. The panel will be complete with switches/ circuit breakers of the following ratings, inter connections to main bus bar with inter connecting bus bars of adequate current carrying capacity, 1x50mmx6mm G.I. earth busbars along the total length of the panel with G.Ibolts, nuts, washers, etc. The cubicle shall be painted with final two coats of steel grey synthetic enamel paint or powder coated including requisite pre finish treatment like cleansing, de greasing, de rusting, phosphadising, two coats of primer. The complete fabrication,construction shall be done as per detailed specification and conforming to relevant I.S. All MCB should be of 10 KA breaking capacity and of C curve characteristics. Control/instruments wiring to be done by 1100V grade PVC insulated, multistrand copper conductor wire of 2.5 mm2 for current circuits and 1.5 sq. mm for potential circuits. Protecting MCBs to be provided for each control/instrumentation circuit. DMC/SMC insulators to be provided for support of main busbar, interconnecting busbar and extension terminals of switchgear for adequate electrical and mechanical strength. MCB s to also be provided with separator sheets and spreader terminals. Minimum clearance for busbars shall be 32 mm(phase to phase) and 26mm (phase to neutral and phase to earth).. Danger plate and name plates for designation and ampere rating of Set 1 3

Approval of general layout, manufacturing and single line diagram drawings from consultant is required before commencing manufacture and the panel should be tested in the presence ofconsultant/bank s Engineer at manufacturer s premises before dispatch to site along with HV withstand and insulation resistance test reports.
