Phone No Fax : No.CWC/CC-CNI/RO-KOCHI/ Dated: SHORT NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION Percentage rate quotations are invited from the interested parties/ contractors for Providing Floor Wise Electrical Service Connection And Re-Arranging The Electrical Power Distribution at RO, KOCHI (KERALA) Quotation forms free of cost can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, Central Warehousing Corporation,No.4, North Avenue, Srinagar Colony, Saidapet, Chennai up to pm on The duly filled in quotations placed in sealed cover, along with EMD of Rs 12,700/- (Rupees Twelve thousand Seven Hundred only) in the form of DD/pay order drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer, CWC, CC Chennai super scribing the name of the work on the envelope should reach the office of the Superintending Engineer, Central Warehousing Corporation,No.4, North Avenue, Srinagar Colony, Saidapet, Chennai on or before 3.00 P.M. on and the quotation shall be opened on the same day at 3.30PM in the presence of the quotationers who may wish to be present. Quotations either by courier/registered post/speed post would be received only up to the closing hours up to 3.00 PM on The corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in part or full thereof without assigning any reason. Detailed notice can also be downloaded from the web sites and TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The work should be carried out as per CPWD / BIS specification and as directed by the Engineer-incharge. 2. The Income tax, labour Cess shall be deducted from the bills as per statutory provisions. 3.The rates quoted shall be exclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST or any tax levied by the Central Government in lieu of GST and the same shall be payable by the corporation over and above the schedule of rates. The quotationer should invariably provide the GST Number. 4. The offer shall be open for acceptance for 90 days from the date of opening. The Corporation without prejudice to any right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50% of the earnest money, if any quotationer withdrawn his quotation before the date or makes any modification in the terms and conditions of the

3 quotation which are not acceptable to the Corporation, and to forfeit whole of the earnest money if the quotationer, whose quotation accepted, fails to commence the work specified in the NIQ (along with changes in scope if any) in prescribed time or abandons the work before its completion. Further he/they himself/themselves would disqualify for future participating in the tender/quotations of the Corporation for the next five years. 5. The work shall be completed within 30 Days from the 5 th day of issue of WORK ORDER. 6. Security deposit@10% shall be deducted from the bills and will be refunded after the defect liability period of 6 months for the works costing up to Lakh & 12 months for works costing above Lakh from the date of completion of work.. 7. Quantity may vary on Plus/Minus side as per actual site conditions. 8. During the course of the work, contractor should take proper care to avoid any damages to the existing structures. In case of damages, to the existing structures the contractor at his own cost shall make the same good to the original condition. 09. The contractor is responsible for the safety of workmen during the work in progress. 10. No water & electricity will be supplied from CWC source. 11. No Tools & Plants or materials shall be issued from CWC stores, 12. The quotations should submit along with requisition for quotation, the appropriate Registration Certificate, Experience for the Civil Work completed. a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the E.C. i.e. Rs LAKH OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the E.C. i.e. Rs LAKH OR c) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the E.C. i.e. Rs LAKH SIGNATURE OF THE QUOTATIONER WITH SEAL

Entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 3mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, and a glass window to read the metre., provision for sealing the meter compartment by the KSEB authorities, including providing following switch gears. 5 2 Converting the existing metering panel as Main Panel by making alteration and adding a cable chamber of width 250mm fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet, through out the height of the panel and attaching the same with the existing panel with suitable fasteners and painting to match with the existing panel etc. including cutting, making necessary holes, welding, and providing and fixing the following additional switch gears etc. all as required and as directed.
