The contractor is approximately 4 weeks behind schedule mainly due to weather conditions and proper manpower. We have met the contractor who remains eager to finish on time and discussed the liquidated damages which would be incurred if the resort is finished late, he fully understands. MCDC has come up with a makeup programme, attached, that makes sense therefore we are not currently recommending supplementing their forces and will reevaluate the progress at the end of October.
