3 Structural Evaluation PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this evaluation was to determine the general overall structural condition of each building, identify general structural repair work necessary for re-use of each building and prepare a conceptual cost estimate for the work. The inspection was conducted on July 27 and 28, 2016 by Jason Riggs, PE and Chris Wancata, FE of Arcadis..

5 Structural Evaluation SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS The buildings were visually inspected from ground level. The following descriptors were used to determine the overall condition assigned to each building: Good: Above average for this type and age of building system in this geographic area. No immediate repair work required or recommended. Fair: Average condition for this type and age of building system in this geographic area. Some work may be required or recommended primarily due to the normal aging of the building system or material. Poor: Below average condition for this type and age of building system in this geographic area. Significant work required to return building system or material to normal operating condition.

6 Structural Evaluation CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The table on the following slide indicates Arcadis opinion of the overall condition of each building to complete recommended repairs*, where applicable. *Recommendations are limited to structural and building enclosure elements only and do not include environmental remediation, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, architectural finishes, insulation, life safety / fire suppression and alarm systems or site civil utilities. Repairs are based on replacement of deficient structural and building enclosure items with similar materials and do not consider upgrades that may be required for change in use or occupancy.
