Key Performance Areas : To preside over Disciplinary Cases conduct in accordance with the disciplinary code and procedures. Ensure compliance by both the employer and employees with the labour laws and collective agreements and other relevant agreements. Ensure that progressive discipline is applied throughout the organization.
