Production and Metallurgical expertise. Experience in beneficiation, production & logistics of various coal products. Registered Candidate Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. Have assumed several Plant Management roles in multinational organisations. She has experience in business coaching and has been involved in Qualification: BCom (Accounting) - UJ PGDip (General Management) - GIBS MBA candidate - GIBS Experience: 9 years finance and accounting experience. 5 years spent in the banking industry, specialising in credit finance and subsequently budgeting and forecasting for the group. This included financial forecasting for SA, Rest of Africa and International markets. Last 4 years have been spent in business and entrepreneurship, primarily heading up the finance and human resource function of a well known 100% empowered waste management company. Qualification: BTech (Chemical Engineering) - UJ Bsc (Hons) Metallurgical Engineering - UP PGDip (General Management) - GIBS MBA candidate - GIBS Experience: 10years experience in PyroMetallurgical and Mineral Processing Plants (Chrome and Platinum), specialising in beneficiation and metal extraction of ore into final product. Primarily serving in management roles of mining multinational companies leading teams, problem solving, decision making and plant optimization.
