Realise the value from Continuous Improvement opportunities by safely executing all forms of improvement using the process of The role of the Reliability Technician at Prominent Hill is a key participant in both the Maintenance Life Cycle and Continuous Improvement at Prominent Hill. Maintenance Life Cycle: The role of the Reliability Technician s key responsibilities include developing and delivering the condition monitoring program to ensure plant equipment is being maintained to high standards and accurately predict equipment failure to prevent unscheduled plant downtime. Your focus will be on performing predicative maintenance which contributes to plant reliability targets. This role entails the implementation of best practice maintenance methods, supervision of maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure compliance with OZ Minerals policies and procedures. The role primarily operates within the Identify Phase of the life cycle. Support may be requested during any of the other phases when completing either a preventative, corrective or breakdown maintenance task. Continuous Improvement: The Prominent Hill Engineering team, in collaboration with our production partners, will seek to identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities for safety, cost and reliability improvements at Prominent Hill.
