COINCIDING TRADE SHOW: Momad Metrópolis 1 HOW TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR 1.1. Space is contrated by filling in the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM that is available on the trade fair s website: EXHIBITORS WHO TOOK PART AT MOMAD SHOES LAST EDITION: To maintain your preferential status as a previous exhibitor, please send your online application before April 4th, A space reservation is formalized on receipt of the first payment of 50% of stand costs prior to before May 18th, If payment is not received, there has not been a confirmed reservation which entitles the trade fair organizer to re-sell the space without having to inform the exhibitor Any footwear, leather goods, accessories and point of sale services company may register to take part in MOMAD SHOES. IFEMA reserves final approval of participation, and may decline, with justification, any applications that not considered to be included in the sectors and products covered by the trade fair and therefore not fit for the purpose thereof. Lack of space and/or submission of the application outside the appropriate time periods may also be reasons for rejection. IFEMA will inform applicants of this in writing A signed and submitted application form constitutes an irrevocable commitment by the applicant and entails the total acceptance of the IFEMA General Rules on Participation as well as those specific to the fair and any generic regulations which may be established by the trade fair organisers. All rules are available at In the event that the EXHIBITING COMPANY designates another entity to make any of the payments involving its participation, it must supply all of the invoicing information necessary. If the designated entity fails to take responsibility for the aforementioned payments by the advised deadlines, the EXHIBITING COMPANY shall be responsible for them upon first request by IFEMA. 1.7.Occupation of the reserved spaces will not be authorized and prefabricated stands will not be delivered, where appropriate, until the exhibitors has fully paid for the contracted space, the services contracted and the catalogue insertion fee Payment of costs in full is the pre-requisite condition for the exhibitor s goods and equipment to be removed from the stand. SERVIFEMA will issue an authorization to all exhibitors who have complied with the requirements of the preceding paragraph, so they can remove their merchandise. 2 SPACE CONTRACTING AND MORE INFORMATION 2.1. The allocation of exhibition spaces will be carried out by Trade Fair Management. Priority over new exhibitors will be given to those companies which participated at the last edition, taking their preferences as well as the affinities existing between companies with similar products into account as far as possible Retail sales are not permitted for the duration of the trade fair Exhibitors are only permitted to set up catwalks at their stands with prior authorisation from the trade fair All photographs that are taken by the official photographer at the request of trade fair management may be used by the trade fair for promotional purposes EGO STANDS are reserved for young designers, emerging designers or new firms with a small collection and a market presence of no more than three campaigns, as the spaces are only 6 sq.m. Follow these steps for the evaluation of new applicants: 1. Send the event managers an containing the company's CV along with photos or a website link and a description of the product. momadshoes@ifema.es Reference: EGO application. 2. Once this information has been received, if you meet the above-mentioned requirements the event managers will send you a Participation Application form to be filled in and returned. If there is a space available, you will receive an with your allocated space; otherwise, you will be informed that it has not been possible to accept your application. IMPORTANT: Filling in a Participation Application form does not entail the automatic allocation of a space, as the number of EGO stands is limited in each area of the fair. Once these stands have been occupied, no further applications will be accepted STANDS ETHICAL FASHION A space for designers and small and medium enterprises with sustainability in their DNA, and/or for companies who have changed parameters and meet the criteria required by the MOMAD Sustainable Fashion Technical Committee. Stands of no more than 5 or 10 sq.m. Requirements: 1. Send the application with a description and photograph/website of the product. ce.sv@ifema.es Subject: ETHICAL FASHION Candidacy 2. 3 3 MODULAR STAND DESCRIPTION 3.1. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MODULAR STAND Stand that opens out onto one or two aisles depending on location. Panel structure in melanine, 2 m high in oak colour and 8 cms. thickness reducing the net surface of the stand. Standar trade fair carpet colour to choose in Exhibitors Zone. General lighting by means of rows of 50 W LED spotlights on rails, at a rate of 1 spotlight for every 2 sq.m. of stand. Electrical installation per low-voltage norms consisting of electrical Switchboard with residual current device and thermal magnetic circuit breaker rated to withstand 130 W/sq.m. of power, with a 500 W circuit board. Power outles embedded in the wall at a rate of 1,500 W outlet for every 10 sq.m. of stand. Signage Lit sign with the exhibitor s name and stand number. Furniture: For stands measuring up to 20 sq.m.: 1 white round table, 3 white chairs and a white low cupboard. For every additional 20 sq.m. of stand: 1 white round table and 3 white chairs. Stands with Shelves Stands with Shelves. Shelves with light of 1,5m at 70, 111 and 152 cm. of height at the rate of 1,5 linear metre every 2 sq.m of stand. One of these shelves is self-supporting (150x35x71) 3.2. ESPACIO METRO STAND DESCRIPTION Stand closed to aisles with an entrance of 2 m/l. Rest of the characteristics refer to modular stand 3.1. above The outer walls of the stands in the METRO space will be identical. Nothing may be placed on the outside faces of the stands Signage with the exhibitor s name and stand number in addition to the image submitted to the event by the exhibitor OBSERVATIONS Modular Stand ORIENTATIVE EXAMPLE It is not permitted to make any holes in the panels or furniture provided in the stand, or to bang in any nails or stick any materials onto same. Decorative elements that are more than 2 metres in height are not permitted. This includes: products, posters, pictures, decorative elements, displays, etc... If you would like to personalise your stand by changing the panels in some way, please contact the Technical Department (stecnica@ifema.es) All services or modifications that you wish to add or change,which deviate from these basic features are at the expense of the exhibitor. We will try to adapt the layout of all the elements which form the stand including necessary structural ones which support the stand and any additional ones requested according to the wishes of the exhibitor if it is technically possible and if the plan is received with relevant instructions at least 15 days before build-up. Once the stand has been assembled, changes in the location of any of the elements previously described, and of which the Management has not been notified, shall be billed. The omission of any element of the prefabricated stand by the exhibitor does not reduce the cost. All materials used, both structural or electrical, are rented, and therefore, if damaged, the exhibitor shall be billed at current rates. 4 4 RULES FOR FREE DESIGN STANDS 4.1. The construction of free design stands is only permited for stands larger than 30 sq.m The exhibitor must label their space with the corresponding stand number in accordance with the event s official floor plan The maximum height of any element that forms part of the stand is 2.00 m., measured from the floor of the hall. Only lighting structures between 3 and 6 metres from the floor may be hung from the ceiling of the hall, and these must be undecorated (i.e no banners, signs, logos, flags) Stands attached to a wall: The maximum height of any element situated near to the the perimeter wall be 4 m. Any specific element raised to a maximum height of 6 m. shall be set back from the perimeter by a minimum distance of 1 m. The walls that are attached to the side of the hall may also be raised to a maximum height of 6 m. Stands built on a wooden floor, as long as this is higher than 19 mm, must have at least one disabled access lamp, at least 1,00 m wide Free design Project (floor, front and side elevations plan with sizes), must be submitted before August 2nd, 2018 to Ifema Technical Secretaria (stecnica@ifema.es) in order to assembly of the stand to begin. Also, build up charge (assembly rights) must be paid for and the workplace hazard protocol form must be filled in beforehand Set up Fees: The Company entrusted with the setting up of free-design stands must pay the corresponding setting up fee to IFEMA prior to the commencement of said Works under the heading of services rendered during the trade fair s set up and dismantling period. Set up Fees: Type A: undecorated spaces and fitted with carpeting or platform: 2.04/sq.m. + VAT (1) Type B: basic modular stands made of aluminium or similar: 4.08/sq.m + VAT (1) Type C: free-design modular stand made of aluminium, wood and other materials: 6.42/sq.m + VAT (1) 4.7. These specific regulations complement any regulations regarding assembly that are established in the General Participation Rules that govern all IFEMA fairs.the interpretation and application of the rules in each specific case shall be the responsibility of IFEMA, which reserves the right to make certain exceptions if this is deemed necessary, based on a sense of respect for the overall image of the fair and the visibility of neighbouring stands For security reasons, the storage of packages in the halls is strictly prohibited. 5 EXHIBITORS AREA, PROMOTIONAL ELEMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS 5.1. EXHIBITOR AREA Go to Area and use your exhibitor credentials and password to: Choose the color of carpet and indicate lettering in case of modular stand. Manage participation tasks such as filling in the Fair's official online Catalogue form, sending in your stand sign and more. Check your online invoicing Account Statement. Book online services through the IFEMA Services Catalogue, which includes preparing the materials you need to take part in the fair, requesting projects such as the open stand design and customising a modular stand, putting exhibition elements and leaflets together, arranging the necessary staff, services, catering, decoration, jacking... Use the online quotation system. View the Exhibitor Calendar. Send out customised invitations featuring your company's name and stand number. Print your exhibitor passes. Access the Professional Meeting Point, where you can contact the database of visiting professionals who have signed up so far and send them information on your company, your location at the fair and any updates or interesting initiatives. Manage meetings: arrange appointments at the fair to see visitors and other exhibitors at the Professional Meeting Point. Access the International Buyers Programme, where the international buyers registered in the programme will be able to request appointments through the Fair's Meeting Service, which your company is then free to accept, modify or reject.

5 5.2 PROMOTIONAL ELEMENTS: Have your exhibitor name and details included in: The Advance List of Exhibitors The online official exhibitor catalogue: this will enable professional visitors to prepare their visit to the fair beforehand (advanced search, notes...). Visitor Guide: includes a plan of each hall, a list of exhibitors and a full programme of the activities and services offered by Feria de Madrid. Handed out free of charge at the fair. Interactive Information Points at the Fair. Located in various strategic spots throughout the Fair. Accessible to visitors, who can search for specific exhibitors and print off individualised location plans. The plan and list of exhibitors at each hall. The official Momad Shoes app. Brand Book (Optional) LET PEOPLE KNOW YOUR PLANS FOR THE FAIR Share the novelties you will be bringing to the fair with the press, fellow exhibitors and professional visitors by publishing your updates free on our website. Simply go to the Exhibitor Area and send your details and any pictures to the IFEMA Press Office (prensa@ifema.es). You get to organise promotional activities to enhance your participation as an exhibitor: information for clients, the market sector, the media, press releases, etc. Momad Forum: Get the chance to take part in this forum as a speaker by presenting a topic of social interest to the Management USE THE PROMOTIONAL MEANS THAT IFEMA HAS AT YOUR DISPOSAL: Banners (publicidadexterior@ifema.es) Professional Visitor Guide (momadshoes@ifema.es) Outdoor advertising in the fairground (publicidadexterior@ifema.es) Social networks (momadshoes@ifema.es) Sponsorship (momadshoes@ifema.es) 6 PARTICIPATION RATES STAND PRICE STAND PRICE SPACE ONLY. Exhibitor Passes are available exclusively at via the Exhibitors Area. 5 Exhibitor Passes are assigned to stands under 25 sq.m and 1 additional pass every 5 extra sq.m to a maximum of 25 passes before September 6th, From this date you can up at the accreditation desk of the fair. Request for additional passes should be submitted to momadshoes@ifema.es and will be invoiced at cost of 6 + VAT(1) each PAYMENT CONDITIONS Please, see the Application Form. Before May 18th, % payment due. Before June 15th, A 5% discount on total cost of space/space with modular stand will be applied if 100% payment is made Before August 3rd, Remaining 50% payment due COMPULSORY GENERAL SERVICES As an exhibitors you must pay a Presence in Promotion and Service Elements fee of VAT (1). This is for your presence in the Official Exhibitor Catalogue (available at the Exhibitor Preview, the Visitor s Guide, Interactive Information Points, on the floor plans shown in the halls and 1 wifi user per each Presence in Promotion and Service Elements contrated as well as other services available on Internet in the Exhibitor s Area. If you contract your stand after the date on which each of these items is closed, which means you cannot be included in them, you will still be charged the fee. You must complete and update your Catalogue details via the Exhibitors Area (1) For companies established in the Spanish territory (excluding Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla): 10% VAT is not included. For the rest of companies this operation is not subject to Spanish VAT. For European Union companies, the exhibitor will be responsible for paying the applicable VAT in the country of incorporation.

Contemporary Without losing traditional style, this area of MOMAD Shoes brings together the latest trends in footwear based on the tradition and care of the materials used, bringing to light the value of well-made and comfortable models and that follow the guidelines for international footwear fashion. Kids Children's footwear fashions are also found in the MOMAD Shoes area. Companies dedicated to dressing up the smallest of feet and where the latest trends in children's sport, casual and occasion footwear are on display. Bags and accessories The rise in consumer demand for accessories has meant the inclusion of the latest trends in fashion accessories as part of the Momad Shoes event. Services to retailer All of the services that any type of trade or point of sale needs can also be seen at MOMAD Shoes. Mannequins, commercial and inventory software, elements of safety and decoration, packaging, boxes

OFFICIAL CATÁLOGUE Fill in the form to participate in the Promotion and Service Elements in Exhibitors Area, at MOMAD SHOES management cannot guarantee the exhibitor s listing in the Official Catalogue if registration is received after this deadline, nor is the exhibitor exempted from payment of the established fee for this reason. June 15th, 2018 PAYMENTS Application 5% discount of the stand contracting price, for those who make and early payment of the full 100% of the total amount.
