2 New Product Announcement Introduction NPA New Indexable Cutting Tools Catalog Introduction We are pleased to launch a new catalog for indexable cutting inserts. This catalog and the many new items which were added to a range of products in this catalog, are a continuation to the Universal line which we launched about a year ago; based mainly on inserts with universal carbides with PVD coatings of YG602 & YG801 and carbide CVD of YG1001 with a wide range of inserts from the most commutative geometries consumed in the market. In the new catalog you will find a wide range of new products, for every type of Turning, Grooving and Parting, Milling and Drilling application. A wide range of inserts with additional new carbides, for Turning applications, based on new CVD coatings with the Al2O3 coating technology and with special surface preparations; coatings of varieties YG3010, YG3020 and YG3030 for optimal machining of every type of materials; and inserts with new carbides for machining aluminum. For turning applications such as YG10 uncoated and inserts of YG100 coated with DLC technology, and in addition inserts for milling applications of YG200 also coated with technology DLC. In this catalog you will also find inserts in a very wide range of new geometries for milling and turning applications, with new chipbreakers that are optimal for machining a wide range of materials such as all types of steel, stainless steel, high temperature materials, aluminum and cast iron and a wide range of radius sizes. It is import we remember, that despite our indexable insert line being based on the ISO and most commutative geometries in the market, the performance of our inserts with carbides and new coatings, allows us to compete against today s leading competitors in the market and the new geometries.
