A third subproject (Badawa, Erbil) is and operational, but a groundwater reservoir is not operating as intended and is currently under repair. A fourth subproject in Beiji has been and is in the process of handover. The two remaining on-going subprojects in Al-Hussainiya and Karbala are experiencing significant implementation delays.
