13 BLOCK PARTY GUIDELINES Site Hours Vendors are expected to arrive by 9am for set up and be fully prepared for our 11am start. Vendors are expected to stay the entire duration of this event. Please do not begin dismantling your booth until after 7pm, when the event has come to a close. Set up/clean-up is the responsibility of the vendor Booths The Participants may only occupy space that has been specifically allotted to them. Vendors are responsible for pop up tent and water that their booth will require. You are welcome to decorate your station, all signage must fit within the booth. Vendors must maintain two people per booth at all times. RMHCNA staff and volunteers are not responsible for any theft, damage, injury to staff, volunteers or of property your organization provides. Attire Please wear attire appropriate for family friendly events. If you have a uniform shirt please feel free to wear it and represent your business. This is an outdoor event that will happen in any weather condition, please dress appropriately as there will be no access to an indoor area. Food If you will be serving food but feel your catering will not be enough to service the public for the entire duration of the block party, please let us know. We will set up a schedule for certain servicing hours, so you can show case your food and promote yourself. This will be a separate form you will find attached in your welcome package. This form must be completed by May 20, Insurance Vendors must purchase and provide proof of liability insurance coverage for their activities at the event. Ask for details.
