2 PHILADELPHIA, PA Market Details Events like Pope Francis visit and the Democratic National Convention in the recent past have helped to throw Philadelphia into the spotlight. Boasting a rich history, unbeatable restaurant scene and top notch museums, Philadelphia has seen a boom in visitors over the past several years. Tourism is a major industry and supports of 93,300 jobs in the area and domestic travelers account for over $6.7 billion in spending. Combine all of this together and it s easy to see why the City of Brotherly love has seen a 96% increase in overnight leisure visitation since Travel Details Over 40 million visitors travel to the Greater Philadelphia area every year. It s central location along the Mid Atlantic make it easily accessible by plane, train and car. The downtown core of Philadelphia is a very walkable city. Bus, subway and regional rail lines make venturing to outer areas a breeze. For those looking to get a light workout while exploring, the city also offers an extensive bikeshare program.

4 Historic District A highly focused area in the core of downtown Philadelphia, the historic district includes numerous attractions like Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the National Constitution Center. It is also in close proximity to other attractions like Chinatown, and the waterfront area. The historic district draws a large family oriented audience. Media Recommendations: Posters: Showing of Posters targeting the Entertainment, Nightlife and Historic Areas of Philadelphia Planning Rate: $45,000/4 weeks for 50 posters (production and install not included) Transit Shelters: Placed on heavily traveled streets, transit shelters can be used for a wide variety of purposes, including general branding, drive to retail, or to announce local/tourist events Planning Rate: $51,025/4 weeks for 65 transit shelters (production and install not included) Bus Wrap: A full coverage bus targeting the Parkway and Center City area of Philadelphia, reaching pedestrian tourists throughout the tourist areas of the city. 5 MADE IN AMERICA This 2 day music festival, founded by rap mogul Jay-Z, and sponsored by Anheuser Busch takes over the Benjamin Franklin parkway in downtown Philadelphia. In 2015 over the Labor Day weekend the event drew 140,000 attendees. The lineup skews to a younger demographic and is a great target for both traditional media, and experiential activations. Media Recommendations: Commuter Rail: Target rail stations in close proximity to the event to reach attendees on their way to and from the venue. Planning Rate: $18,000/4 weeks for 25 two sheet rail posters (production and install not included) Video Display Vehicle: Specially designed vehicles that are outfitted with HD screens with fullmotion video & audio. Digital capabilities can include live feeds, internet feeds, video gaming, or other interactive elements. Advertiser must provide finished digital content. Planning Rate: Start at $17,000 / 3-5 days/8 consecutive hours daily (based on market) Cold Drink or Snack Team: The perfect pick-me-up campaign for hot summer tourists! Brand Ambassadors can dispense cold drinks from branded jetpacks. Planning Rate: $20,000 - $25,000 / 5 member Drink-Snack Team, 3 days/6 consecutive hours daily

6 MOBILE STRATEGIES Tourists will typically be using their mobile devices even more than usual while on vacation. They will be using a variety of apps for weather, directions, maps, restaurant recommendations, and more. This means that including an integrated mobile campaign with your out of home is a perfect opportunity to help extend your campaign. A number of different technologies/platforms are available to help connect OOH & Mobile. They include: Geofencing/Retargeting QR Codes Beacons Transit App targeting

7 CONTACT US Many media owners have not yet released their summer packages this means you can still be first in line to take advantage of any discounts. The rates provided for experiential activations are for planning purposes and are subject to change. Planning rates shown are based on an average minimum number of days per campaign, however all plans are customizable. Firm Rates are provided on a program specific proposal. Media can customizable to feature extensions, fabrications, or digital screen additions. EMC provides customized program manuals inclusive of onsite campaign management, routing, scheduling, staff training, and insurance. There are no permits for Non-Traditional OOH marketing strategies; the program can be affected by various unforeseen factors, such as weather and security. With many years of conducting these campaigns without stoppage or issues, best efforts are made to carry out the program as designed.
