12 Hotel Advertising Rosen Centre 2-D Wall Projection This projection will get you noticed at night! Your target audience cannot ignore this surprising new medium as it lights up city streets by cascading your message on the Rosen Centre building. The presentation can feature static as well as fullmotion video ads. Display periods start at dusk and run 5 hours. 15 Orlando Airport Digital Displays Digital Network: (left image) The digital network of (57) 80 displays will target attendees arriving at all terminals and baggage claim areas. :10 second spot lengths. Loops :40- :60 Seconds/ Maxes out at :80 Seconds. Spots avail: 4 to 6; maxes out at 8 advertisers Digital Recharging Station Network: (right image) Total of 36 displays are available throughout the airport reaching 100% of attendees. 18 Orlando Airport Exterior Baggage Claim Banners This package of (2) large format banners are perfect for targeting both arriving and departing passengers as they head to and from the airport. Each Banner is sized 6 8 H x 14 8 W $31,500 for 2 Banners for a 1 week campaign including space, production and install.
19 Orlando Billboards Target your audience with Billboards as they travel between the Airport, Convention Center and nearby hotels. Locations on the Bee-Line Highway, International Drive and Sand Lake Rd all serve to target these high-travel areas. Rates include production for a 4-week display period; units are illuminated and sized 14' H x 48' W or 20 H x 60 W. These units are in high demand and low supply; they can be very difficult to obtain, therefore, plans for its use should be made well in advance. A customized proposal is required for actual billboard availability and rates. Printed Billboards targeting traffic from the Airport to the convention center range from $5,000 - $19,500 Digital Billboards targeting arriving traffic range from $3,500 - $10,400 per spot. Billboards located in close proximity to the convention center area are available in a package starting at $38,000
20 Orlando Trolley Wraps For over 14 hours daily along the busy International Drive, these trolleys garner large impressions from attendees. Wraps are located on both sides and runt he entire length of the trolley. They are stopping frequently along International Drive and commuting between hotels, the Convention Center and popular entertainment destinations. A fleet of (8) Trolleys are available in the market. Trolleys operate from 8:00 a.m. 10:30 p.m. and Multiple trolleys are available. Interior ads quoted upon request. Exterior Wrap: (2) sides 3' h x 26' w (1) Exterior Wrapped Trolley is $13,600 including space, production and installation. 4-week Display Rate - 4-week contracts are the required minimum, however hard removal after 1- week can be requested.

22 Branded Advertising Vehicles 3-Panel Pedicabs A fleet of pedicabs provides excellent brand exposure. Chartered to circulate in and around Hotels and the Orange County Convention Center area, your brand will seen and attendees will be offered complimentary rides. Pedicabs operate on customized routes, and can provide complimentary transportation for staff, VIPs, or event attendees. The pedicabs are able to travel the streets and sidewalks. Non-perishable product sampling is included in the overall cost. Sampling item to be provided by client. NOTE: promotional items/sampling is exclusive to exhibitors only Branding + Free Rides for 3 consecutive days, 8 consecutive hours per day 5 PEDICABS $24,500 Rates include production of mesh wrap. 24 Branded Advertising Vehicles Digital Mobile Billboard Exclusive to 1 advertiser, these moving vehicles offer full motion or static content with or without audio on day-light readable screens. When these vehicles are used at night, the images are vivid and stand-out in a busy cityscape. Vehicles can be equipped to broadcast a live feed or to display images taken on-site, at an event, and uploaded to the vehicle.
