1 December 21, 2016 Dear Parents and Cast of Annie: We are extremely excited to get the 2017 show of Annie up and running! Included in this packet you will find information about: 1. Parent volunteer opportunities 2. Program advertising options 3. Production text reminders 4. Pay to participate (RBHS students only) 5. Ticket sales 6. Theater Patron contributions 7. Program message contract 8. T-shirt orders 9. Cast/crew/pit student program bios (RBHS students only) 1. Parent Volunteers For such a large cast show we are seeking parent volunteers for various committees. Additional s will be coming seeking assistance with costumes, set design, and pot-luck help the week of the production. Please complete the parent volunteer Google form linked below to get involved or use the parent volunteer QR code. Parent Volunteer QR code 2. Program Advertisements We appreciate parent, cast and crew help in selling program advertising to local businesses to help defray the cost of productions at our school. Approximately 2000 programs will be printed and distributed on March 2, 3, 4 and 5. Attached to this packet is a 2017 Spring Musical Advertising Contract with more details.
2 3. Production Text Reminders To stay up to date with musical news and announcements, join the Musical Remind Group. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RB CAST AND FAMILIES TEXT TO: BODY OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEEDER SCHOOL/RB STAFF ORPHAN CHORUS FAMILIES: TEXT TO: BODY OF 4. Pay to Participate A pay-to-participate form for RBHS students is also attached to this packet. The $75 payment due date is noted on the form, and both form and payment are to be submitted to the business office. 5. Ticket Sales On-line ticket sales will begin Friday, February 3, at noon. The ticket sale link will be available on the school s website. On-line ticket sales will close at 6 p.m. on the day of performances. Remaining tickets will be available at the door.

Theater Patrons, Program Messages, T-shirts and Program Bios Theater patron contributions, program messages, t-shirt orders and program bios may be ordered/completed on the RBHS Spring Musical Production of Annie Google form linked below, or use the QR code below. The due date for all information (program messages, t-shirts, student biographies) is Friday, January 20, Please adhere to this very important deadline. Payment payable to RBHS may be made in one or more checks for t-shirts, program messages and theater patron donations, and payments are due by January 20. Further details are on the Google form linked below. RBHS Spring Musical Production of Annie 6. More about becoming a Theater Patron We appreciate parent, cast and crew help in soliciting donations to help defray the cost of productions at our school. Theater Patron donor names will appear in the approximately 2000 programs printed and distributed on March 2, 3, 4 and 5. The cost of becoming a Theater Patron ranges from $10 to $200. A letter is attached to this packet with more information about becoming a Theater Patron. You may become a Theater Patron at the RBHS Spring Musical Production of Annie Google form linked above. (January 20, 2017 deadline) 7. More about Program Messages Cast and crew parents, guardians, relatives and friends have the opportunity to send a personal message to one of the actors in our production. Your message will appear in the program at the cost of $1 per word. You may order messages using the RBHS Spring Musical Production Google form linked above. (January 20, 2017 deadline) 8. More about Annie t-shirts Order a production t-shirt using the RBHS Spring Musical Production of Annie Google form linked above. (January 20, 2017 deadline) T-shirts cost $12 each. 9.
