The Schedule cntains the implementatin services prject scpe and details the Service Prvider's respnsibilities and related respnsibilities. Changes t the SOW will be prcessed in accrdance with the prcedure described in RFP Schedule 3 Gvernance and Relatinship Management. 2.0 Implementatin Services Rles & Respnsibilities Table 3 set frth belw in this sectin identify the rles and respnsibilities assciated with the Implementatin Services.
