4 CVS PHARMACY El Dorado Hills, CA 110,000 SF Retail $6,000,000 Ground-Up & Site cvs pharmacy Reeve-Knight Construction constructed this beautiful brick fascade stand-alone building in El Dorado Hills, CA. RKC also prepped the site. Additionally, RKC converted 48 Long s Drugs stores to CVS Pharmacies. This work included interior fixture changes as well as general tenant improvements. Reeve-Knight also completed 108 CVS MinuteClinic medical clinics. MinuteClinics are located within CVS stores.

5 ORCHARD SUPPLY HARDWARE OSH Milpitas, CA OSH Milpitas, CA OSH San Francisco, CA 28 Stores Throughout California 35,000 SF Ave./ Building Total Value $85,000,000 ORCHARD SUPPLY HARDWARE The Orchard Supply & Hardware account has included newly constructed stores and store remodels. The OSH San Francisco location required an ingenious solution for connecting two sections of the store, so a beautiful steel and glass enclosed bridge was installed to manage the foot traffic between the buildings. OSH locations include: Paso Robles, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, San Francisco, Cupertino, Pleasant Hill, Vacaville, Capitola, Fresno, Stockton, and many more. 8 MILPITAS TOWN CENTER Milpitas, CA 280,000 SF Building 25 Acre Sitework $24,000,000 MILPITAS TOWN CENTER This major shopping center on a 25-acre property involves 280,000 square feet of leasing space and is home to several large retailers like Staples, Big 5, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and restaurants like El Torito, Red Lobster, Pete s Coffee, and more. It was a complete renovation of an existing retail center along with the expansion and renovation of an existing Safeway. All construction took place while daily business operations continued. This new dormitory will house an additional 210 students. The structure includes an outdoor gathering deck, fire pit, barbecues, balconies, laundry facilities, storage lockers and common study area on upper floors. The dormitory s decorative steel beaming was maintained from the original Herman Miller building. Steel and wood framing throughout.

Their company headquarters in West Sacramento houses their manufacturing facility. Upon entering, you ll want to look down to take a peak at the lower floor through a unique see-through glass entry. But be sure to gaze up at the high vaulted ceilings throughout the center, too. Designed in a modern style, large rolling glass panels serve as doors for the front drafting room and inner offices.
