5 NEW VENDOR CHECKLIST Visit Tradestne t register as a vendr Receive vendr ID number Register with FineLine r Checknet t start receiving POs and price tickets 1. Yu will be issued a temprary lg-in t access Tradestne ur PO management system. Lg-in t t register as an URBN vendr. Fllw the designated links t prvide pertinent cmpany and banking infrmatin, which will enable yu t receive yur vendr identificatin number via within 48 hurs. Yu will be required t read and accept ur terms f purchase as well as ther agreements prir t registering. URBN will be respnsible fr freight, duty, and will serve as the imprter f recrd. The apprval prcess can be fund by visiting the Imprt Ruting sectin n urbnvendr.cm Dcumentatin Requirements Vendrs must prvide all dcumentatin t the freight frwarder at the time that the carg is handed ver. This includes Tradestne packing list, Cmmercial invice, and any additinal dcumentatin that may be required. 30 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS Prduct Cntaining Lead In rder fr URBN t cmply with Califrnia s Metal Cntaining Jewelry law that prhibits any persn frm manufacturing, shipping, selling jewelry that cntains high levels f lead, URBN requires all vendrs t prvide a Metal Certificate attesting that the jewelry being sld has been tested and des nt cntain a level f lead that wuld prhibit the sale f the prduct in CA. Applies t all jewelry and hair accessry rders. Fr a full list f items, visit the Regulatry Requirements sectin n Applicable prducts must be tested fr lead and ther chemicals If applicable, a certificate is required t be sent with each PO t leadcertificates@urbn.cm at the time the rder is shipped. 35 UK Vendr On-Barding Addendum* *The fllwing 8 slides prvide vendrs wh have rders that will be shipped t the UK, with a high level verview f the requirements that are unique t the UK.

36 PURCHASING TICKETS AND LABELS EU Print Centre URBN UK has in place its wn print centre. The print centre can service all f ur UK, Eurpean and Overseas vendrs fr Urban Outfitters and Anthrplgie, delivering prduct int the URBN distributin campus in Rushden, UK. The print centre will prvide ur vendrs with bar cded price tickets and labels fr ur Retail and Direct Channels. Yur buyer will indicate n the purchase rder that the merchandise is t be ticketed / labelled. Yur buyer will be respnsible fr cmpleting the ticket request infrmatin when raising the purchase rders. This infrmatin is passed directly t the UK print centre. The print centre will then print the tickets / labels and send them t yu. The prgram is designed t expedite receipt f yur tickets / labels. Please allw 2 wrking days fr printing and up t 5 days fr shipping, frm the time that yur rder has been issued. The vendr will be respnsible fr the cst f the tickets / labels and the cst f freight assciated with the delivery. Lst r damaged tickets will be the respnsibility f the vendr t replace. The vendr will be billed directly fr the tickets / labels and is respnsible fr paying the invice prvided by the UK print centre. A cpy f the invice will be sent thrugh by . Payment terms are 30 days. Please reference the invice number n yur payment. All accunts that exceed 60 days past due will be placed n hld.
