1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS The fllwing Ruting Instructins apply specifically t shipments frm Suppliers lcated in the United States shipping t Canada and supersede all previusly issued General Ruting Instructins. Ruting Instructins fr specific Prgrams, shipments within the United States and internatinally must be referenced separately and can be fund n-line at Fr shipments f steel, finished vehicles, r specialized requirements please cntact the General Dynamics Land Systems Canada (GDLS-C) Internatinal Trade & Transprtatin Services (ITTS) Department (see Sectin D). Deviatin frm these instructins is nly permitted with apprval f the GDLS-C Internatinal Trade & Transprtatin Services (ITTS) Department (see Sectin C). Failure t cmply with these instructins will result in all transprtatin charges being charged back t the supplier. All material must be suitably packed, marked and shipped in accrdance with GDLS-C packing standards and carrier requirements t ensure the lwest transprtatin cst. N additinal charges will be incurred by GDLS-C withut prir apprval. All material pick-up and shipping arrangements must exclude prvisins fr drayage r strage related t material nt being available. 3 2. Carrier and Service Level Selectin Fr Expedited Services, suppliers must cntact the applicable GDLS-C Buyer t arrange fr an Expedited Service Request (ESR) pre-authrizatin. Carriers will require the ESR Number t accept expedites. Cmplete and cmpliant infrmatin must be entered int Lgikweb. 3. Delivery Address Reference the GDLS-C Purchase Order fr the crrect final Delivery Address. Cnslidatin f Purchase Orders and Deliveries A reasnable effrt must be made by Suppliers t identify and execute all cnslidatin pprtunities. Purchase Orders fr the same Cnsign T: and Final Delivery address may be packed in the same Shipping Unit (e.g. master cartn, crate, pallet etc.). DO NOT package Purchase Orders fr different Cnsign T: and Final Delivery addresses in the same Shipping Unit (e.g. master cartn, crate, pallet, etc.) Shipping Units (e.g. master cartns, crates, pallets etc.) fr the same Cnsigned T: and Final Delivery address must be cmbined as a Delivery (i.e. same Delivery Bill f Lading) Deliveries t the same Cnsigned T: address must be shipped as a Cnslidatin (i.e. same Master Bill f Lading) Cnslidatins t be tendered t the same pick-up carrier n the same day shuld be shipped tgether. All Packing Lists MUST include the fllwing: Supplier Name Cntract Number and Delivery Order (if applicable) Purchase Order Number including Line Item and Release Numbers Part Number and Descriptin Quantity Shipped per Part Bill f Lading Reference Ttal Number f Pieces Shipped Ttal Weight Shipped 9.
