1 India - Europe Automotive Technology Meet Stuttgart and Frankfurt September, 2017 Opportunity to partner with European Automotive Industry We are pleased to inform you that EEPC INDIA along with ACMA, is organizing an India - Europe Automotive Technology Meet in Stuttgart and Frankfurt in September, This partnership meet being supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Government of India. Further, we are engaging with the VDA, IGCC, ACMA IPO Forum, Indian Embassy in Germany along with an event management company Forum Indien and other local bodies to facilitate engagements and business visitors. The Indian Automotive Industry is witnessing significant technological challenges especially in light of several new regulations for safety, emissions, environment, transition from BS IV to BS VI etc. The European automotive industry lead in respect to innovation, technology and R&D and could be ideal for sourcing technologies for the Indian auto component Industry. The objectives of the meet/ plant visits and Interactions are: a) Strategic partnerships and agreements with European auto-component manufacturers and OEMs. b) Possibilities of acquiring / collaboration for technology - Auto-electronics, vehicle safety, emission control, anti-collision intelligence etc. c) Exploring global outsourcing opportunities with OEMs/ Tier 1/ Tier 2. d) To witness some of the best practices. The above partnership meet/ plant visits and Interactions are being planned at: Stuttgart from 12 th 14 th September, 2017 (Plant Visits & Interactions) Frankfurt (Coinciding with IAA Cars) on 15 th & 16 th September, 2017 (B2B Meet) The B2B meet would be held on 15 th September, 2017 in Frankfurt and the visit for 3 days in Stuttgart will include plant visits and interaction with OEMs/ Tier 1s. Participation Fees and Package offered: Participation Fees for the delegates is Rs 2,05,000/- + 18% GST.
