2 What are the Night Noodle Markets? The Night Noodle Markets are a pop up hawker-style market celebrating the mouth-watering tastes of Asia. Dumplings, curry, noodle dishes from every region, grilled BBQ meat and much, much more, all with a picturesque backdrop. The Night Noodle Markets were launched in 2016 in Christchurch by Fairfax New Zealand. This was a replica of the ever popular Night Noodle Markets across Australia which have been successfully run over the past 20 years. Since the first event, the Night Noodle Markets have continued it s assault of the senses across five locations in New Zealand. Night Noodle Markets Aim: To recreate the hustle and bustle of the backstreets of Hong Kong and Singapore. A little about the event: Date: Launching the Summer of Noodles Auckland: 1-10 December 2017, Christchurch: 9-18 February 2018, Wellington: April 2018 Free entry into the event 20+ vendors in all locations Roaming and static entertainment through the event Dogs and scooters allowed in the venue Family friendly event
