1 PROJECT ADDENDUM TO: Plan Holders FROM: Stewart RE: Rescue Squad Park SUBJECT: Addendum No. 1 DATE: June 19, 2014 The following changes shall be incorporated into the plans and specifications dated May 26, 2014 and shall hereby become part of the contract documents. Original items of the project manual and information on the drawings not herein modified, amended, voided or suspended shall remain in effect. IN CASE OF CONFLICT BETWEEN DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND THIS ADDENDUM, THIS ADDENDUM SHALL GOVERN. THIS ADDENDUM SUPERCEDES ALL PREVIOUS DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO THESE ITEMS. GENERAL 1. Tree and stump grinding and disposal Tree and stump grinding is allowed on site. Disposal and/or direct burial on site are not permitted. The mulch should be stockpiled on site for reuse. 2. Sheet C600 Public Watermain in Base Bid Refer to sheet C600 and Alternate #8. Include the approximately 85 linear feet of 4 Public Water Line, the 4 Gate Valve, and the meter box in the Base Bid. The Water Tapping Sleeve will be provided by Lincoln County as indicated. 3. Sheet C901 Detail 9 The geotextile fabric is non-woven. 4. Retaining wall detail The segmental unit retaining wall detail is #13 on sheet C x 9 Roof Shelter on Sheet C301 The shelter design indicated on Sheet C301 is based on the Poligon Rectangle 8x9 REK-8x9, or approved equal. See the Protective Covers specifications for additional approved manufacturers. 6. Section Chain Link Fences and Gates Fences shall have a top rail and a bottom tie wire. Line posts shall be 10 O.C. Part 2 Products: Provide Polymer Finish per paragraph 2.6 in addition to Metallic Coating on all Chain Link Fence Fabric and Fittings 7. Building Permit Fees Permit fee quotes are available from the Lincoln County Planning & Inspections Department.

2 8. Louver manufacturer substitution Louvers by Reliable Model 445RD are an acceptable substitution.
