Construction Waste Management and Disposal, Section paragraph 3.3.D states all masonry debris to be deposited in designated containers. Section , paragraph 3.08 states remove and dispose of all waste caused by this section. Please clarify who bears the fees for disposal of waste? A1. The General Contractor (GC) is responsible for the removal and disposal of all construction waste. The language in Section Unit Masonry has been revised to read Remove and legally dispose of all waste and debris caused by the Work of this Section in the onsite dumpster/recycling bin provided by the GC. Q2: Section Summary of Work, paragraph 1.17.A states Contractor shall do all cutting, coring and patching. Section Cutting and Patching, paragraph 1.2.A states Contractor to be responsible for all cutting and patching. Section , paragraph 1.3.A.2 states patch to match existing of all new or modified openings in masonry walls resulting from the work. Please clarify who owns cutting and patching? A2.
