The mining will be confined to in the allotted lease area from which maximum of 7,500 tons of sand will be extracted during third year from and the total handling of sand during five years will be MT. - The project proponent shall resubmit site photographs. - The project proponent shall submit undertaking for plan to protecting and maintenance of natural source of water situated nearby mining site. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of corrected altitude w.r.t. the bench of mining site. - The project proponent shall resubmit production data for last three years. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of approach road to the mining site & Clarification on method of mining. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of plants species endemic to location and proposed to be planted along the road site of approach road. 2.2 Sh. Rajender Singh Prop. Mis Ashapuri Stone Crusher, Village & Post Office-Hurla, Tehsil & District-Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Extraction of Stone. Khasra number 2888/2567/2 falling in Mahal Diyar, Mauza Kot Kandi oftehsil & District-Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. 21,000 TPA Bighas (Pvt. Land, Hill slope). Capital Cost: Rs Lakhs, Recurring Cost: Rs. 12,000/- The project proposal is open cast manual mining proposed to extract stone. Mining will be confined to the allotted lease area from which maximum 21,000 tons of stone per annum and 1230 tonnes of waste component shall generate. Total maximum material handling in a year shall be 22,230 TP A. No drilling and blasting is required. The project proponent shall submit the list of people proposed to be engaged for mining/ employment. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of dumping site with quantification. The project proponent shall resubmit site photographs. - The project proponent shall submit details source of water used during mining operation with NOC from the concerned authority. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of plants species endemic to location and proposed to be planted along the road. Pramod Kumar Sharma, Mis Pammu Stone Crusher, Village-Nagar & Post Office- Sainj, Tehsil-Suni, District-Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. t) CSRcost Extraction of Stone. Khasra number 688 ( ha), 689 ( ha), 690 ( ha), 691 ( ha) & 693 ( ha) falling in Mohal & Mauza Nagar of Tehsil-Suni, District-Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. 21,500 MTA ha (Private land). Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs lakhs Cost: Rs lakhs. The proposed project is semi-mechanically extraction of Stone from hill slope for supply to the proposed captive stone crusher. The optimum stone production in a year would be 21,500 metric tons. The waste generated during the mining of stone would be about 5490 metric tons and soil cover 280 metric ton during mining. considering the facts placed before the committee, the SEAC recommended the case application for consideration of grant of environmental clearance by the SEIAA, subject to fulftllment of project 'Specific Conditions' as at Annexure-A and 'General Conditions' to be stipulated as at Annexure-B. 2.4 Sh. Ashwani Kumar Negi, Mis Chhorgia Stone Crusher, S/o Sh. Govind Singh Negi, Rio V.P.O., Shiaso, Tehsil-Pooh, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. Extraction/collection of Sand, boulders & bajri Khasra number 370/1,370/2 & 370/3 in Muhal Shiaso, Tehsil- Pooh, District-Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. 16,200 TPA hectare Capital cost: Rs. 5.0 lakhs, Recurring cost: Rs. 2.0 lakhs The project is open manual mining. The extracted stone shall be used in stone crusher named as Mis Chhorgia Stone Crusher. The other two constituents i.e. sand and bajri shall be sold in open market as per demand. Mining will be confined to the allotted lease area. Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs lakhs. Capital Cost: Rs. 60,000; Recurring cost: Rs. 6,000. The proposed project is manual extraction and mining of stone, bajri & sand from the river bed. As proposed the area is part of river bed and no habitation is required to be disturbed from the mining lease area, therefore, no R&R plan is envisaged. The project proponent shall resubmit details of endemic plants species proposed to be planted along the road. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of EMP & CSR costing. - The project proponent shall submit details of tractor & trolleys to be deployed for mining operation. - The project proponent shall submit affidavit to construct toilet at GHS, Gurplah. 2.6 Sh. Collection/Extraction of Sand, Stone & Bajri Khasra number 405/2/3, 405/1/211, 405/1/112, 406/1/1/2, 406/2/2/1 at Mauza Nei Neti, Tehsil-Rajgarh, District-Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. 8,280TPA hectare (10-8 Bighas), private land. Capital cost: Rs. 3.5 lakhs, Recurring cost: Rs. 1.2 lakhs. The proposed project is open cast manual mining and confined to extraction of Stone and Bajri from the river Giri. The operation will be semi mechanized using hand tools like shovels, pan, sieves etc. Mining will be carried out based on the work rotation programme. Lachmi Devi, Mis Maha Laxmi Stone Crusher, Village-Bair, P.O. Tilly, Tehsil- Sadar, District-Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. t) CSRcost Extraction of Stone. Khasra number 605,606,607,608,619 & 621 falling in Mauza Biar/349 in Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. 16,000MTA hectare, Bighas (Private land, hill slope) Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs.0.92 lakhs Rs lakhs. The project is manual extraction of stone from hill slope. The waste generated during the mining of stone would be about 1500 metric tons of top soil during mining. The area is being part of hill slope where no habitation is required to be disturbed from the mining lease area, therefore no R&R plan is envisaged. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of approach road to the mining site & clarification on method of mining. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of plants species endemic to location and proposed to be planted the road. - The project proponent shall submit details of water discharge data of hand pump from where water is to be drawn for mining activities. - The project proponent shall submit details of retaining wall to be constructed at mining site. 2.8 Smt. Meena Chandel, Prop. 6 The mining is confined to extraction of Sand, Stone & Bajri from proposed mine site which will be carried out manually. Mining will be carried out only up to a depth of 1 m (3 feet) depth. The mining is planned in rotational manner so that extracted area in a single season gets at least one year of replenishment. - The project proponent shall resubmit details of plants species endemic to location and proposed to be planted along the kachha road. - The project proponent shall submit copy of mining lease deed. - The project proponent shall submit details of tractor & trolleys to be deployed for mining operation. - The project proponent shall submit details of approach road to the mining site & clarification on method of mining. - The project proponent shall resubmit revised EMP & CSR & affidavit on CSR activity. Bharmoti, Tehsil-Nadaun, District- Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. Collection of Sand, Stone & Bajri Khasra number 1,2,4,5, 18 & 19 falling in Mauza/Mohal Bhadoli/Adhawani oftehsil-dehra, District-Kangra, H.P. 36,450 TPA from Beas river bed hectare (private land, river bed) Capital cost: Rs. 6.5 lakhs, Recurring cost: Rs lakhs and CSR budget as Rs. 1.2 lakhs. The extracted sand, stone and bajri will be collected in its existing form. Mining will be carried out only up to a depth of 1 m (3feet) depth. (Private land, hill slope) Capital Cost: Rs.1.20 lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs.0.97 lakhs The proposed project is manual/semi-mechanical extraction of sand, stone & bajri from hill slope for supply to proposed captive stone crusher. The waste generated during the mining of sand, stone & bajri would be about 3055 metric tons and soil covers 430 metric tons during mining. The project proponent shall resubmit details of endemic plants species proposed to be planted along the road. - The project proponent shall resubmit revised EMP & CSR & affidavit on CSR activity i.e. providing purified water supply in nearby Govt. school. - The project proponent shall submit site photographs with details of activities done for the protection of environment. - The project proponent shall submit details of check dams/ retaining walls to be constructed/ has already been constructed at mining site. - The project proponent shall submit the amendment w.r.t. the correction of benches in mining plan. Khasra number 715/2 & falling in Mauza Kamroo, Tehsil-Paonta Sahib, District-Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. 1,05,500 TPA Bighas, 3.32 hectare. (Private land). Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs lakhs The project proposal is for mining of Lime Stone. The mining of lime stone will be done by open cast semi-mechanized method with drilling and blasting. 8 carried out manually into ten tonnes capacity short body trucks. The lease area is situated at NN-Kamroo, Tehsil-Paonta Sahib, District-Sinnaur, H.P. considering the facts placed before the committee, the SEAC recommended the case application for consideration of following ToR as proposed by the project proponent besides adherence to the standard ToRs: - A copy of the document in support of the fact that the Proponent is the rightful lessee of the mine will be given. - The study area will comprise of 5 km zone around the mine lease from lease periphery. - Land use of the study area delineating forest area, agricultural land, grazing land, wildlife sanctuary and national park, wildlife corridor, water bodies, human settlements & other ecological features. - Location of National parks, Sanctuaries, Biosphere Reserves, Wildlife corridors, Tiger/Elephant reserves (existing as well as proposed}, if any within 5 km of the mine lease. - A detailed biological study of the study area [core zone and buffer zone (5 km radius of the periphery of the mine lease)] will be carried out. Details of flora and fauna, duly authenticated, separately for core and buffer zone should be furnished based on such primary field survey, clearly indicating the Schedule of the fauna present. - Impact of change of land use. - A study of project similar to Bhimgoda Limestone Mine namely Mine of KN cement works of Area 24.2 Ha for which study is done in the area earlier near village Kamroo, Tehsil-Ponta sahib & Dist. - Sirmour (H.P.) for the period March to May As per MOEF & CC Office memorandum dated , the TOR have a outer validity of three years from date of public consultation, we will therefore request you to consider the said study data with reference to current project. The Bhimgoda Limestone Mine is adjoining to this project. Air quality modeling will be carried out for prediction of impact of the project on the air quality of the area. - The water requirement for the project, its availability and source. - Impact of the project on the water quality both surface and ground water. - Rainwater harvesting proposed, if any, in the project to be provided. - Information on site elevation, working depth, groundwater table. - A time bound Progressive Greenbelt Development Plan will be prepared Impact on local transport infrastructure. - Details of the infrastructure facilities for mine worker. - Conceptual post mining land use and reclamation and rehabilitation of mined out area. - Measures of socio economic influence to the local community. - Detailed environmental management plan. - Public Hearing. Details of litigation pending against the project, if any. The cost of the project (capital cost and recurring cost) as well as the cost towards implementation of EMP will clearly be spelt out. - Proposed EMP fund - Proposed Social development fund 2.12 Sh. Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs lakhs Cost: Rs lakhs. The project proposal is manual extraction and collection of sand, stone and Bajri. As the project involves the manual mining. The mining lease area forms part of bed of Chhaunchh Khad which is a tributary of river Beas. The waste generated during the production of commercially usable construction aggregate would be about 5005 metric tons per year. be reappraised after compliance to the following observations: - The project proponent shall submit the certificate from the mining department regarding number of mining leases exists/ granted/ pending with the department, within 500 meters from the periphery of the area applied for grant/renewal of mining lease duly counter signed by the State Geologist in the format prescribed by SEAC at Annexure-' X'. - The project proponent shall resubmit the buffer zone map clearly depicting the state boundary and other features Sb. Ancbal Singh Rana, S/o Sh. Anant Ram, Village-Upper Chula, P.O. Bairgbatta, Sub- Tehsil-Thural, District-Kangra, Bimachal Pradesh. f) CSR cost Extraction/collection of Sand, Stone & Bajri. Khasra number 2128 falling in Mauza Bandahu, Mohal-Chalah Upperla, of Sub-Tehsil-Thural, District-Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. 43,636 TPA hectare (Private land, hill slope). Capital Cost: Rs.5.15 lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs. 37,000. Capital Cost:Rs.1.10 lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs.29,000. The proposed project is open cast manual mining as well as by JCB. It has been proposed to extract stone from the proposed area. Mining will be confined to the allotted lease area for a total capacity of 43,636 TPA which also include 19,636 tons of waste components. Gangvir alias Ganga Ram & Shri Kishen Chand, Mis Baba Balak Nath Stone Crusher & Mis Sheetla Stone Crusher, Village- Dadaur, Tehsil-Sadar, Mandi, H.P t) CSR Cost Extraction of Stone Khasra number 126/1 & 128/1 falling in Mauza Lakhwan in Tehsil Sadar, District-Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. 24,300 TPA Bigha, 0.65 hectare (Private Land) Capital Cost: Rs. 1.0 lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs lakhs Rs lakhs; The proposed project is manual extraction of stone from hill slope. The 580 metric tons of top soil will be generated during five years of mining. 9,580 metric tons of waste will be generated during five years of mining. - The project proponent shall resubmit details legal source of water/ documents w.r.t. connection from IPH. - The project proponent shall submit the certificate from the mining department regarding number of mining leases exists/ granted/ pending with the department, within 500 meters from the periphery of the area applied for grant/renewal of mining lease duly counter signed by the State Geologist in the format prescribed by SEAC at Annexure-'X'. - The project proponent shall resubmit photographs showing boundary pillar and dumping site matching with the mining plan. - The project proponent shall submit affidavit/ undertaking to plant grasses, endemic & fast growing tree species for soil conservation. - The project proponent shall resubmit map showing sampling location for air & water. - The project proponent shall submit list of water sources within/ around the mining area Sh. Ashok Kumar Dabra, Prop. Jeewan Industries, S/o Sh. Mast Ram Dabra, House No , Roura Sector-II, Main Market Bilaspur, District-Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. Extraction/collection of Stone Khasra number 5/1, 6/1, 10/1 & 13/1 falling at Mauza Kotlu/47 in Tehsil-Sadar, District-Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh TPA Bighas, hectare (Private land, terrace deposit) Capital Cost: Rs; 3.6 lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs lakhs The proposed project is a part of old/dead meandering corridor/ terrace deposit of Ali Khad. As proposed no mining will be done in the area up to 7.5 meters from the boundary. 11 - The committee observed that the revenue record is not matching with the mining plan. The project proponent shall submit clarification on this issue Sh. Khasra number 673/484/1 falling at Mauza Jenna, Bhalai, Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. 10,110 TPA Bighas, ha (Govt. land acquired by NHPC) Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs.1.0 lakhs Capital Cost: Rs lakhs; Recurring cost: Rs.0.12 lakhs The proposed project is manual extraction of and collection if sand, stone & bajri from khad (stream) bed up to one meter for supply to captive stone crusher. The pits created due to extraction and collection of khad (stream) bed material will be during the monsoon floods, replenished from the eroded material brought down the catchment area. - The project proponent shall resubmit list of plant species proposed to be planted. - The project proponent shall resubmit revised EMP & CSR cost alongwith affidavit/ undertaking to construct toilets (separate for boys & girls) & water purifier in GSSS Mala!. The project proponent shall resubmit muck management plan. - The project proponent shall resubmit certificate of aerial distance from wildlife sanctuary Sh. Dharamvir Thakur, Prop. Holes will be blasted by BEL-MX 90% explosive with plain detonator and fuse. The case found to be falling in cluster with other mining leases and the area of cluster is more than 25 ha therefore case treated to be falling under Category-B 1. (Expansion form 6600 TPA) The proposal is expansion of Industrial Unit Indorma Spandex for manufacture of manmade textile fiber using petro chemical derivatives at village Lodhimajra, Baddi. The proposed production capacity is 6000 TPA and the existing capacity is 5000 TPA and the total expanded capacity will be 11,000 TPA. The project has been granted Environmental Clearance by Himachal Pradesh SEIAA on dated vide no. HPSEIAA/2010/ under category-'b' of the 5(d). The unit is using hazardous chemical Di-phenyl Methane Di-isocynate (MDI) and expected storage is about 200 tons and having the plot area of 1 lakhs square meter. The project was listed in 38th meeting of SEAC, where in TOR's were issued for preparation of EIA report/emp as per norms. Then after the project proponent has represented to the SEIAA that the TOR's at sr. no. 45, the convening of public hearing has also been included though the project is located within the industrial area and thus public hearing for the project may not be required. Therefore, the same may be excluded from the TOR's. Thereafter, the case was listed in 39th meeting of SEAC with following observation, The documents submitted by the project proponent to the fact that the proposed industrial unit is in Notified Industrial Area and observed that the conducting of Public Hearing is not applicable in the present case and accordingly considered the request of the project proponent, however, the proponent while considering the proposals under proposed CSR will take into account the necessitated aspect of local public/ stakeholders in consultation with the Regional Officer, SPCB in public interest. It has been proposed to collect sand, stone and bajri from proposed lease. The mining will be confined to the allotted lease area from which approximately 21,060 tons per annum mineral will be extracted. No drilling and blasting is proposed. The project proponent submitted the documents as per check list and the application was considering the facts placed before the committee, the SEAC recommended the case application for consideration of grant of environmental clearance by the SEIAA, subject to fulfillment of project 'Specific Conditions' as at Annexure-A and 'General Conditions' to be stipulated as at Annexure-B. S-1.2 Sh. Virender Kumar Walia, Mis Sangrah Lime Stone Mine, Village & Post-Dadahu, Tehsil-Renukaji at Sangrah, District-Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. The SEIAA approved the grant of Environment Clearance in its 22nd meeting in favour of the Unit with Specific and General Conditions as imposed by the SEAC. The lease block is part of river bed of Soan river which is a tributary of Satluj river. As proposed the collection of minerals shall involve shoveling by simple hand tools, semi-mechanized mining by JCB. No blasting is required. - The project proponent shall submit the certificate from the mining department regarding number of mining leases exists/ granted/ pending with the department, within 500 meters from the periphery of the area applied for grant/renewal of mining lease duly counter signed by the State Geologist in the format prescribed by SEAC at Annexure-' X'. The project proponent shall resubmit revised EMP & CSR cost alongwith affidavit/ undertaking to construct toilets (separate for boys & girls) & water purifier in Govt. school. - Project proponent shall submit NOC form IPH department (flood & irrigation). 31 II Specific Conditions: Annexure-'A' i. Stone and Bajri is not allowed to be sold to crushers not having consent to establish and operate and also not complying with the condition stipulated by State Pollution Control Board. ii. The project proponent shall obtain Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the Himachal Pradesh Pollution Control Board and effectively implement all the conditions stipulated therein. iii. Environment clearance is subject to final order of the Hon 'ble Supreme Court of India in the matter of Goa Foundation Vs. Union of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 460 of 2004, as may be applicable to this project. iv. Annual replenishment report certified by an authorized agency shall be submitted. In case the replenishment is low, the mining activity/ production levels shall accordingly be decreased/ stopped. v. Effective safeguard measures shall be taken to control particulate matter level so as to ensure that these are within permissible limit. v1. Regular monitoring of ambient air quality shall be carried out and records maintained. The results of monitoring shall be submitted to MoEF&CC and its Regional Office and CPCB, SPCB regularly. vii. Effective safeguard measures, such as regular water sprinkling shall be carried out in critical areas prone to air pollution and having high levels of particulate matter such as loading and unloading point and all transfer points. Extensive water sprinkling shall be carried out on haul roads. It should be ensured that the Ambient Air Quality parameters conform to the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board in this regard. viii. The project proponent shall undertake adequate safeguard measures during mining and ensure that due to this activity the hydro-geological regime of surrounding area shall not be affected. Regular monitoring of ground water level and quality shall be carried out around the mine lease area by establishing a network of existing wells and installing new piezometers during the mining operation. The periodic monitoring [(at least four times in a year pre-monsoon (April-May), monsoon (August), post-monsoon (November) and winter (January); once in each season)] shall be carried out in consultation with the State Ground Water Board/Central Ground Water Authority and the data thus collected may be sent regularly to the MoEF&CC and its Regional Office Dehradun, the Central Ground Water Authority and the Regional Director, Central Ground Water Board. If at any stage, it is observed that the groundwater table is getting depleted due to the mining activity, necessary corrective measures shall be carried out. ix. The project proponent shall obtain necessary prior permission from the competent authority for drawl of requisite quantity of water for the project. x. Appropriate mitigative measures shall be taken to prevent pollution of the river in consultation with the State Pollution Control Board. It shall be ensured that there is no leakage of oil and grease in the river from the vehicles used for transportation. xi. Vehicular emission shall be kept under control and regularly monitored. The mineral transportation shall be carried out through the covered trucks only and the vehicles carrying the mineral shall not be overloaded. xii. No drilling and blasting operation shall be carried out. xiii. Mineral handling area shall be provided with the adequate number of high efficiency dust extraction system. Loading and unloading areas including all the transfer points should also have efficient dust control arrangements. These should be properly maintained and operated. xiv. Periodical medical examination of the workers engaged in the project shall be carried out and records maintained. For the purpose, schedule of health examination of the workers should be drawn and followed accordingly. xv. Provision shall be made for the housing of construction labour within the site with all necessary infrastructure and facilities such as fuel for cooking, mobile toilets, mobile STP, safe drinking water, medical health care, creche etc. The housing may be in the form of temporary structures to be removed after the completion of the project. xvi. The project authority shall implement suitable conservation measures to augment ground water resources in the area in consultation with the Regional Director, Central Ground Water Board. xvii. The project proponent shall undertake all the commitments made during the public hearing and effectively address the concerns raised by the locals in the public hearing as well as during consideration of the project, while implementing the project. 41 t Meeting ofhpseac [9th, 10th & ll 1 h September, 2015) Page No. 31/34

32 General Conditions: Annexure-'B' i. No change in mining technology and scope of working should be made without prior approval of the MoEF&CC. ii. No change in the calendar plan including excavation, quantum of mineral Sand, Gravel, Boulders (minor mineral) and waste should be made. iii. Four ambient air quality-monitoring stations should be established in the core zone as well as in the buffer zone for RSPM (Particulate matter with size less than 10 micron i.e., PM10) and NOx monitoring. Location of the stations should be decided based on the meteorological data, topographical features and environmentally and ecologically sensitive targets and frequency of monitoring should be undertaken in consultation with the State Pollution Control Board. iv. Data on ambient air quality should be regularly submitted to the MoEF&CC including its Regional office located at Dehradun and the State Pollution Control Board/ Central Pollution Control Board once in six months. Provisions contained in notification no. B-29016/20/90/PCI-I dated should be allowed for monitoring. v. Fugitive dust emission from all the sources should be controlled regularly. Water spraying arrangement on haul roads, loading and unloading and at transfer points should be provided and properly maintained. vi. Personnel working in dusty areas should wear protective respiratory devices and they should also be provided with adequate training and information on safety and health aspects. vii. Occupational health surveillance program of the workers should be undertaken periodically to observe any contractions due to exposure to dust and take corrective measures, if needed. viii. A separate environmental management cell with qualified personnel should be set-up under the control ix. of a Senior Executive, who will report directly to the Head of the Organization. The funds earmarked for environmental protection measures should be kept in separate account and should not be diverted for other purpose. Year wise expenditure should be reported to the MoEF&CC and its Regional Office located at Dehradun. x. The project authorities should inform to the Regional Office located at Chandigarh regarding date of financial closure and final approval of the project by the concerned authorities and the date of start of land development work. xi. xii. xiii. xiv. xv. xvi. The Regional Office of this Ministry located at Chandigarh shall monitor compliance of the stipulated conditions. The project authorities should extend full cooperation to the officer (s) of the Regional Office by furnishing the requisite data I information I monitoring reports. The project proponent shall submit six monthly reports on the status of compliance of the stipulated environmental clearance conditions including results of monitored data (both in hard copies as well as by ) to the MoEF&CC, its Regional Office Dehradun, the respective Zonal Office of Central Pollution Control Board the State Pollution Control Board. The proponent shall upload the status of compliance of the environmental clearance conditions, including results of monitored data on their website and shall update the same periodically. It shall simultaneously be sent to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Chandigarh, the respective Zonal Office of Central Pollution Control Board and the State Pollution Control Board. A copy of the clearance letter shall be sent by the proponent to concerned Panchayat, Zila Parisad I Municipal Corporation, Urban Local Body and the Local NGO, if any, from whom suggestions/ representations, if any, were received while processing the proposal. The clearance letter shall also be put on the website of the Company by the proponent. The State Pollution Control Board should display a copy of the clearance letter at the Regional office, District Industry Centre and the Collector's office/ Tehsildar's Office for 30 days. The environmental statement for each financial year ending March in Form-V as is mandated to be submitted by the project proponent to the concerned State Pollution Control Board as prescribed under the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, as amended subsequently, shall also be put on the website of the company along with the status of compliance of environmental clearance conditions and shall also be sent to the Regional Office of the MoEF&CC, Dehradun by . The project authorities should advertise at least in two local newspapers widely circulated, one of which shall be in the vernacular language of the locality concerned, within 7 days of the issue of the clearance letter informing that the project has been accorded environmental clearance and a copy of the clearance letter is available with the State Pollution Control Board and also at web site of the MoEF&CC at and a copy of the same should be forwarded to the Regional Office ofmoef&cc at Dehradun. ~eeting of HPSEAC [9'', 10" & 11" September, 2015[ Page No. 32/34
