There is still a great deal of work to do. This conference will equip colleagues with ideas and access to best practice to refocus the commitment to inclusion for commercial success. The experience of all passengers will be enhanced by developing inclusive workplace cultures. MORNING WORKSHOP 2 Unconscious Bias and Micro aggressions An introduction to decision making and Micro aggressions. Offering delegates a comprehensive understanding of bias and methods to mitigate the risk of bias in decison making. This session is ideal for senior managers and executives who are keen to understand more about bias. AFTERNOON WORKSHOP 1 Developing an Inclusion and Diversity Strategy that sticks Developing Inclusion and Diversity strategies that deliver franchise commitments, are rooted in commercial vision and are understood and relevant to all our colleagues, stakeholders and passengers. AFTERNOON WORKSHOP 2 Engaging Communities Developing local connections that enhance our brand reputations, widen our reach for attraction and make our railways safer. This session will explore how to create sustainable and commercially beneficial relationships with community groups.
