2 Who are we and what do we do? We are Fluent Technology and our flagship product is Flexi-Grant. We have grown to a team of 23 and we re now embarking on our next phase of growth so if you re not afraid to fail, focused and hungry then we d love you to join the team come help us grow even quicker! What experience are we looking for you to have? Our ideal candidate is going to have a relevant 3 rd level Marketing or Communications qualification AND at least two years experience in a Marketing Manager or Communication Manager role. Extra brownie points for having a postgraduate degree in Marketing or Communications. If you don t have a third level qualification in either Marketing or Communications but you have 8 to 10 years relevant experience, we would still be interested in talking with you. It would also be super awesome if you had at least two years experience in a product/software company. What we would define as the ideal candidate? The ideal person would have a great blend of design and content writing/creation skills with a flair for all things digital, technical and growth hacking. They ideally would have marketing management experience in a software company. They would be a Photoshop wizard, a Google Analytics/AdWords nerd, an SEO genius, a Camtasia master (or similar software) and a WordPress trailblazer (or similar software). Basically you need to be really comfortable with digital marketing. What are the essential skills/competencies you need to have? Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in managing people and marketing projects Planning and calendar management competent and confident in developing marketing plans and initiatives 1 P a g e

3 Content writing, SEO and copywriting skills Experience in using content management platforms e.g. WordPress Design skills including experience in Photoshop (or similar software) Video creation and editing skills experience in Camtasia (or similar video editing software) PPC skills experience in Google Analytics & AdWords Research skills a good understanding of key competitors and the marketplace Fluent English What are the nice to have skills we would like you to have? If you had the following skills, then you would really be perfect for this job: InDesign skills if you could create kick-ass videos using InDesign, that would be a massive plus! Creating Growth Hacking campaigns if you had experience working in Growth Hacking teams and creating innovative GH campaigns then all the better Producing release marketing materials if you would be at ease working with our Engineering team to collaboratively create engaging release s Marketing a SaaS product if your previous experience was marketing a SaaS product then we definitely want to hear from you What are the main duties of the role? Planning Marketing initiatives in line with the business plan - strategy Maintaining a Marketing Calendar with key initiatives commercial/organisational skills Writing engaging content for both websites and any other internal or external resources creative/writing/copywriting skills Presenting the product in Webinars and demonstrations presenting skills Designing templates and materials that wow our clients and potential clients design skills Reporting progress to top management communication/project management skills Branding gate keeper branding skills 2 P a g e

4 Engaging with customers to get in-depth feedback communication/commercial skills Working with engineering, data analysts and UX/UI staff to analyse key data and come up with innovate marketing initiatives technical/creative skills What the job is not.
