GS1 New Zealand s core values Sleeves rolled up Committed to each other Building a better tomorrow, today Passionate and drive The Position GS1 NZ has multiple software-as-a-service platforms, which enable effective and efficient product data synchronisation throughout the supply chain. We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our Implementation Team, working out of the Auckland or Wellington office. We need someone who will be capable of working closely with our Sector Managers who are responsible for some of our biggest demand-side customers. As a Senior Implementation Analyst, you will be working across various industries with a number of businesses to embed GS1 standards and service solutions within their processes. Your key area of involvement will be in supporting our data synchronisation and ProductFlow service
2 lines, with a focus on supporting existing customers and implementing the system with future customers. Key focus areas include: Reaching out and engaging with customers Quickly developing a strong understanding of multiple software platforms and business processes Frequently running training sessions: one-on-one, webinars and seminars Working closely with Sector Managers and developing strong relationships with key demand-side clients Relationships This role requires the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships reflected in the table below: Relationship Type Expectations Service Operations Internal Develop and maintain close working relationships to ensure successful delivery of services, engagement and on-boarding of customers. Marketing and Sales Internal Establish and maintain close working relationships to ensure the successful roll-out and coordination of GS1 NZ services. GS1 member organisations from other countries Customers current and prospective Internal/ External External Ensure alignment and good levels of communication with other GS1 member organisations. Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers based on exceptional service and confidence. 2
3 Qualifications, skills and experience Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, management science or information systems 3 years relevant experience in a professional business environment Posses strong analytical and problem solving abilities Experience or have a desire to run customer training and seminars Have basic awareness of B2B processes Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products in particular MS Excel Excellent customers service skills backed by experience in a help-desk or service support environment Be someone who would relish being part of a small, growing, dynamic and strategically focused organisation that is very successful now, but which has significant further potential in the future Personal attributes Self-starter, motivated, passionate, creative, analytical person with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Flexible and adaptive Strong public speaking and presentation skills A current New Zealand drivers license No criminal convictions Remuneration Total remuneration of $55k-$75k. Remuneration will be competitive and based on your skills and level of experience together with what we believe you can bring GS1 NZ now and in the future.
