AVE A PORT ARANSAS, TX Issue Date: 01/07/2019 The following additions, deletions, modifications, or clarifications shall be made to the appropriate sections of the plans and specifications and shall become a part of the Contract Documents. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid form. BIDDER QUESTIONS / GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS: Q1: Is the fire alarm system itself to be included in this scope? Or will it be provided/installed by owner s vendor? A1: Rough-in only by G.C. Q2: Are the data cabling/drops/faceplates to be included in this scope? Or will it be provided/installed by owner s vendor? A2: Rough-in only by G.C. Q3: The only site work I am seeing is the resealing, striping, and relocation of ADA parking signage at the small 3-car parking area..is this correct? A3: None. Q4: Aside from repair of a leak area and any new penetration through roof, there does not appear to be any roof work is this correct? The roof notes on sheet G100 seem to indicate more to the roof scope, but I m not seeing anything called out on the plans. Is there any warranty still in effect? A4: None. What to do with debris: Contractor to provide dumpster and responsible for removal 5. Where you can put debris bins: Dumpster may be located on paved parking immediately adjacent to building on west side. Coordinate with City of Port Aransas Staff. 6. Exterior envelope is to be maintained in existing weather tight condition. 8. Payment info: Payment request shall be submitted on the first of the month in AIA continuation sheet format with all supporting invoices and documentation.
