The addendum 2 says that the Gas pipe is in the general contractor scope ofwork but the spec are listed in the mechanical section Can you confirm that the gas main work is by the general contractor & not the mechanical or the utility company? A30. The gas installation is the GC's scope up to 5' from the building. From that point it is the MC's work. All of the gas installation is on SEPTA property and will connect to SEPTA infrastructure. The utility company will not be involved in the installation. See Addendum No. 3, revised Specification Section 01011, dated 3/8/17. Q31. Where do I find the AGES BORING REPORT? A31.
