According to the Merriam-Webster s Dictionary, the term of presence refers to a personal character of increasing presence, resourcefulness and authenticity that create a relationship without barriers between individual and listeners. This definition shows that Charisma and influence of individual come from personal performance, centeredness and the ability to connect with others. The essence of performance refers to those differences that make a difference, which lead us to enjoy life, connect people, thus transform and elevate others. Merriam- Webster s Dictionary Presence Sense related to performance involved vigor, connection, creativity satisfaction and fluxion. When we could not stay at the presence stage, we disconnected with self and others and felt empty, incontrollable, alienation and inexistence. In difficult situation, people often aware that they lost performance and connection with self. Therefore, another important task for mentoring at identity level is to help people access their inner resource to hold this difficult feeling in a difficult situation and maintain self-centeredness and performance. 7 TRAINERS Judith DeLozier Chief trainer of NLP University Co-founder of NLP University Judith DeLozier has been a trainer, co-developer, and designer of training programs in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming since A member of Grinder and Bandler s original group of students, Judith has made fundamental contributions to the development of numerous NLP models and processes. Judith holds a master s degree (MA) in Religious Studies, and a bachelor s degree (BA) in Anthropology and Religious studies from the University of Santa Cruz, where she met Grinder and Bandler. She has taught NLP all over the world, including Europe, Asia, Indonesia, Australia, Mexico, Central America, Canada, and the United States,. She is presently an associate of NLP University with Robert Dilts.Judith is a co-developer of a number of projects applying Systemic NLP, ranging from modeling leadership, to health care and cross-cultural competence.
