3 Role Specification Role Function Grade Location Responsible to Responsible for Safety Critical Security Status Security Pass Medical Requirement Business Support Commercial PS2 Carlisle Business Manager NA None Safety Critical BS/SC Level (as appropriate depending on sector) RS/P4 None Role Summary Provide high quality business support to the Commercial Team and liaise effectively with customers & stakeholders, providing accurate regular updates on the progress of their services along with completing relevant administration in support of the commercial contracts. Specialise in one market area and assist in other market areas as required.
4 Main duties and responsibilities Administrative support to the Commercial Managers in support of customer & stakeholder contracts, including:- ffective administrative assistance to all customers & stakeholders in support of the contracts & business needs. High quality communication with all customers & stakeholder interfaces, updating them on the progress of their services and provide information as requested. Timely attendance at customer meetings, providing accurate reports and minutes as required Provide positive & professional support to all sectors in relation to planning & preparation for customer & stakeholder events. Suitably liaise with operations and engineering to ensure that services run in an efficient manner Successfully collate customer claims and submit to Network Rail in a timely manner Liaise with Finance and provide invoice details in a timely manner Professionally administrate all commercial documents on BMS system Proficiently provide support to dispute resolution Systematically administer all commercial regulations and account development as directed. Actively support other sectors of the Commercial team so that any other administrative duties are covered as required. (Sickness, Annual Leave etc).
