1 ISSG / PVD General Expectatins UPDATED April 12,

2 Intrductin Lwe s is in the business f selling prducts and assisting custmers with cmpleting prjects that help them Lve Where They Live. We are cmmitted t prviding ur custmers with an utstanding shpping experience wherever and whenever they shp. Yur cnsistent cmmitment t fllwing the Lwe s general expectatins and safety standards is critical t ensuring Lwe s has the right prducts and prduct cntent in the right places at the right time. Establishing a sense f trust and reliability with ur custmers will enable us t deliver an unparalleled shpping experience while meeting ur custmers needs. By wrking tgether, hlding each ther accuntable, and achieving established perfrmance standards, we will better supprt ur custmers the needs and grw ur mutual business. The guidelines belw, which are set fr ISSG (In-Stre Service Grup), PVDs (Prduct Vendr Direct), and their emplyees, agents, cntractrs and subcntractrs, are in place t help all parties adhere t ur cmmitment t ur custmers and each ther. Lwe s is cmmitted t cntinuusly imprving ur vendr and custmer relatinships and strives t be their first chice fr hme imprvement. Thank yu in advance fr yur nging supprt, cmmitment, and cperatin. Arrival Prcess ISSG/PVDs shuld park their vehicles in the designated parking area fr each stre visit and while engaged in prjects in furtherance f their respective agreements with Lwe s. ISSG/PVDs shuld enter the stre using the primary entrance dr clsest t the Custmer Service desk and exit the stre thrugh ne f the primary exit drs lcated behind the cash registers at the frnt f the stre. All packages, tl bxes, purchases, etc. are subject t search when an ISSG/PVD enters r exits the stre. ISSG/PVDs may nt bring unauthrized persnnel nt Lwe s premises while the ISSG/PVD is acting in his/her fficial capacity. Generally, this includes, but is nt limited t, individuals wh are nt emplyed by, r perfrming services n behalf f, the respective ISSG r PVD. Fr safety purpses and t prvide Stre Management visibility t when ISSG/PVDs are n site, ISSG/PVDs shuld utilize the vendr lgin system upn initial entry and final exit frm the stre. Individual ISSG/PVD emplyers may expect their ISSG/PVDs t fllw stricter lg in/lg ut requirements based n their particular business needs and purpses. Upn arriving at the stre, ISSG/PVDs shuld make every effrt t lcate and infrm the Lwe s Department Manager PSA f the purpse f their stre visit. If the Department 2

3 Manager PSA is unavailable, ISSG/PVDs shuld cntact an Assistant Stre Manager r Stre Manager. When perfrming in-stre prduct service and/r merchandising prjects, ISSG/PVDs shuld ensure that their Representatives use a secured lgin username and passwrd prvided by the ISSG r PVD s Vendr Service Enabler (VSE) t access the Lwe s Service Management (LSM) tl. Exceptins: New Stre Set crews use the Lg Bk and d nt use the LSM system. Representatives f Remerchandising ISSGs r PVDs meet with the Lwe s Remerchandising Prject Manager and d nt use the LSM system. ISSG/PVDs must nt participate in r enable the fllw actins fr r n behalf f stre emplyees: Requesting emplyees t sign agreements acknwledging an incmplete prject is cmplete. Asking emplyees t share cnfidential r unauthrized infrmatin. Perfrming duties, prjects, r tasks that are beynd the scpe f their vendr agreement with Lwe s. General Expectatins Vendrs must nt wear headphnes r earbuds while perfrming wrk at stre lcatins as awareness f surrundings is imprtant fr maintaining a safe wrk envirnment. ISSG/PVDs shuld apprpriately dispse f their trash t help upkeep the general cleanliness f the stre and t help reduce the risk f negatively impacting custmers shpping experiences. T reduce the impact n Lwe s emplyee prductivity, ISSG/PVDs shuld return all empty pallets, pallet jacks, and ther equipment (e.g. tw-wheeled dllies, tls, cleaning supplies, etc.) t their designated areas after use. ISSG/PVDs must receive written apprval frm Lwe s crprate ffice prir t ding any f the fllwing: Assembling displays Mving prduct Perfrming training utside f regularly scheduled training tuches (scheduled at the start f each new year) Develping in-stre dems Pulling stck items fr display Creating r endrsing a prmtinal cntest within a stre 3

4 ISSG/PVDs must nt take unauthrized phtgraphs f prduct sets r custmers in the aisle. At n time shall ISSG/PVDs create, print, r hang unapprved signage in any Lwe s stre r n Lwe s premises. Apprved signage is defined as Custmer Experience (CX) apprved signage that has either a Lwe s barcde r a Lwe s apprved Pr Services Ht Sheet. ISSG/PVDs must receive Stre Management apprval befre using Lwe's prperty, mving prduct, r pulling stck items fr Display RTM r Stre Use Billut. When prviding In Stre Services in Lwe's stres, ISSG/PVDs shuld nt use r publically display any tls, equipment r ther items bearing the name f, r the name f any prprietary brand f, any Lwe s cmpetitr. ISSG/PVDs shuld behave in a prfessinal manner. ISSG/PVDs shuld refrain frm making disparaging remarks abut any f the brands r prducts that Lwe s carries including quality cmparisns t ther prducts r brands carried at Lwe s. If apprached by a custmer, ISSG/PVDs shuld infrm the custmer that they are nt a Lwe s emplyee and shuld ffer t find a Lwe s emplyee t assist the custmer. Under n circumstances shuld an ISSG/PVD engage in dialgue regarding a prduct grup utside f the Vendr s specific area f expertise (in the case f PVDs). After the ISSG/PVDs cmplete their wrk, they shuld reprt back t the PSA Department Manager, Assistant Stre Manager, r Stre Manager fr a Pst-Prject Walk and sign-ff n the ISSG/PVDs supplied call reprt Vendr Identificatin Requirements All ISSG/PVDs shuld be easily identifiable by bth name and emplyer at all times by meeting the fllwing criteria: Fr safety and identificatin purpses, all ISSG/PVDs (bth Rutine and Merchandising Prject representatives) in a Lwe s stre are required t wear either the tan and blue Vendr vests r a name badge that displays their first name and their emplying cmpany s name, lg, r ther acceptable cmpany designatin while wrking r training in a stre. Badges shuld be wrn in a visible lcatin. Lanyards are discuraged fr safety purpses. All emplyer-prvided name badges must be printed and nt hand-written. The material f the badge is up t the emplyer s discretin, but ISSG/PVDs are strngly encuraged t prvide durable, permanent name badges t their emplyees. Please refer t the Name Badge Samples dcument fr examples f acceptable and unacceptable name badges and suggestins n where t purchase name badges. 4

5 If an ISSG/PVD representative frgets their name badge, they are respnsible fr ging t the Custmer Service Desk t ntify a Lwe s emplyee that they will be wrking in the Lwe s stre. Lwe s emplyees may ask an ISSG/PVD t present their name badge if it is nt visible. ISSG/PVDs will nt be permitted t remain in a stre withut a name badge. Lwe s emplyees may reprt ISSG/PVDs wh repeatedly arrive at the stre withut a name badge t Lwe s Crprate Deplyment. In additin t a name badge, ISSG/PVDs must wear a slid clred t-shirt, sweater, sweater vest, lng r shrt sleeved cllared shirt, r glf shirt, which may have the vendr s Cmpany lgs and/r designatins and the emplyee s name embridered n the clthing. ISSG and PVD Cnfidentiality Requirement All ISSG/PVDs are expected t maintain the cnfidentiality f infrmatin entrusted t them by Lwe s r its custmers whether received in-stre, nline, r therwise. ISSG/PVDs must respect and prtect Lwe s intellectual prperty rights and maintain the cnfidentiality f trade secrets and ther Lwe s prprietary infrmatin, which includes any infrmatin that is nnpublic r nt easily btained r determined. Cnfidential infrmatin includes, but is nt limited t, all infrmatin relating t prices, csts, rebates, prmtinal payments r prgrams, vlumes sld r purchased, terms r cnditins f sale, hw prducts r vendrs are selected, pricing, future r ptential business plans r any similar infrmatin. When granted access t Lwe s sftware and/r hardware systems, all ISSG/PVDs must use the system fr bna fide business purpse. Any unauthrized access r retrieval f any cnfidential infrmatin f Lwe s is strictly prhibited. ISSG/PVDs shall nt use stlen r misapprpriated technlgy. Licensure Requirement All ISSG/PVDs must remain in cmpliance will all applicable federal, state and lcal laws, regulatins, rdinances, cdes r ther legal requirements, including, but nt limited t, cmpliance with ccupatinal safety and health, immigratin, licensure, tax and pay/hurs f wrk legal bligatins. This plicy is nt intended t and des nt supplant, mdify, r amend the respective agreements between Lwe s and the ISSG and PVD. T the extent f this plicy cntradicts r differs frm the terms f such agreements, the respective agreements between Lwe s and the respective ISSG and PVD shall cntrl. 5
