2 KEY TASKS Titanium Functional Application Support Data Base maintenance Data Integrity Business Analysis Release Management Development of users Relationship with Health Alliance Training if training is to be in-house Administration Assist with ARDS IS projects as required. Services are delivered in accordance with the ARDS philosophies, priorities and objectives EXPECTED OUTCOMES Provide tier 1 service centre support for all ARDS Titanium users. Configuration of the Titanium system Maintain users & user groups in Titanium. Set-up reference tables, preferences and business units. Maintain application aesthetic Manage error corrections Distribute and oversee audit reports Provide teams with reports and liaise with teams regarding data quality. Configure business processes into Titanium through its decision making forums. Requirements gathering Business process documentation Oversee release of software updates Manage testing for new releases Liaise with Vendor over software issues and resolution Fostering a wider knowledge of Titanium use and application to the normal business workflow by encouraging and supporting a functional super user network. Oversee hardware issues and their resolution with Health Alliance Organise training schedules for new users, super users and refresher courses. Maintain Titanium training data base Development of training curriculum. Support and cover super user trainers Provide one on one training when required Provide administration support Complete meeting minutes in a timely manner Meetings are coordinated and booked via Outlook Follow up on outcomes/action points Order from Oracle as and when required As determined. Completes orientations and mandatory training as stipulated in the Training and Development and team policies. Philosophies and values are known and supported. 5 PERSON SPECIFICATION FASA Minimum Preferred Qualification Experience Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour A thorough working knowledge of the health business and business processes, preferably in a Dental setting Information system administration (min 3 yrs experience) 1 to 2 years experience in front line customer service role Experience with MS Product Suite Experience training staff individually and in small groups Access and HTML/Web (intermediate level) Competent and confident user of computer technology Flexible Team player & leadership skills Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Number literate Problem solver Ability to work across all levels of healthcare Awareness of importance of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy Ability to work unsupervised Good time management Enthusiastic and committed, can do attitude Ability to learn and develop new skills as requirements and systems change. Knowledge of dentistry and dental vocabulary. Knowledge of School Dental Service Previous work in a call centre or help desk operation.
