General The following procurement plan has been developed for project implementation during the first eighteen months and provides the basis for the procurement methods and bank prior/post review thresholds. It covers the three categories, namely, Works; Consultancies; and Goods. The plan will be updated when need arises to reflect the actual project implementation needs. 1.
