I led three designers across a range of disciplines, with a focus on highly usable and functional web sites, web applications and emerging digital technologies Future Medium Pty. Ltd. Senior Designer I undertook new responsibilities including creative lead of multiple high level accounts, developing and executing strategies, quality control, managing team performance and client management. I was a key voice and influence in the direction of the company, reporting directly to the company directors. I was often a first point of contact for clients and was responsible for the maintenance of multiple high level accounts.

Interactive Designer Starting as a junior interactive designer, I managed the design change register and assisted on smaller projects to develop my skills. I built up relationships with clients and eventually became a creative lead on small projects Present Paul Emery Freelance Designer I have had the opportunity to utilise my strategic thinking and design capabilities for a number of self managed freelance projects. These have ranged from small identity concept developments and collateral, to tee shirt designs, album artwork and brochures, through to responsive websites and e commerce solutions.
