Manage and recncile all CRM data fr DFA Internal custmer. Manage data fr DFA internal relevant t all DFA Custmers requirements. Respnsible fr the administratin f the Active ATP prcess. Reprting n weekly link delivery t Manager: Active Netwrk Service Activatin. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Custmer enquiries Ensure that all relevant infrmatin is btained frm the Service Activatin Managers, Service Delivery Manager r directly frm custmers in rder t capture n CRM t start the quting prcess; either via Telephnically Jb Descriptin 1

Capturing data Capture link infrmatin i.e. Site A and Site B infrmatin n CRM Site addresses C-rdinates (latitudes and lngitudes) Managing cmpany Mve infrmatin int the next step and attached relevant dcumentatin received frm the custmer n CRM Capture pprtunities n CRM Obtain Technical Department t plt n Map Inf t generate Transmissin Plans required fr the quting prcess Capture the TX plan Lg each pprtunity infrmatin manually fr dual recrd keeping and reprting purpses and ensuring data crrectness 3. Preparatin f qutatins On receipt f Transmissin Plans frm Technical Department, check fr grss errrs and ensure that there are LOS and actual rute distances t start qutatins preparatins (Schedule Bs) Capture qute line items relative t prduct ffering Cmplete Financial apprval n the qute Lg qutatin infrmatin manually fr reprting purpses reprting dne n a weekly basis 4. Order prcessing Play an active rle, tgether with the Service Activatin Managers, in the client management prcess Will be privy t the clients strategic and sales infrmatin Opprtunity/qute must be cnverted int a link rder. ATP Certificates Respnsible fr prcessing ATP dcumentatin and ensuring that dcumentatin is sent t Key accunt managers timeusly fr acceptance by clients. Generating reprts n daily link delivery that will feed int the natinal Rll-ut reprt Tracking, fllwing up and escalating links that are behind delivery schedule Updating f Central Database (CRM) Uplad and string f ATP test results 6. Reprting Cllect and prepare feedback frm Service Activatin Managers t Service Delivery Manager and KAMs regarding client links. Liaise with SDM, KAM and / r custmer directly Accmpany KAMs t custmers frm time t time t handle and / r clarify all sales admin related issues and recrds as and when required Update CRM prbability data in new pprtunities as received frm KAMs fr pipeline data reviews Reprt n a weekly basis number and values f all link rder cnversins Recncile custmer infrmatin vs. CRM data t determine accuracy f recrds 7. Miscellaneus &General Perfrm any ther wrk related duties and respnsibilities that may be assigned frm Jb Descriptin 3
