SANRAL adds value t all the develpmental initiatives in the fields f transprt, educatin, health, and develpment f cmmunities. SANRAL makes a significant cntributin twards rad safety by maintaining and imprving ur rad envirnment, and by identifying and addressing rad safety cncerns. The ideal candidate wuld cmbine cnsiderable knwledge f prcurement requirements fr the crprate and engineering sectrs with an in-depth understanding f the transfrmatin agenda. The Prcurement Manager must have demnstrated knwledge and understanding f the elements f Supply Chain Management System t ensure the effective and efficient peratin f the Prcurement Office. 3 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Relevant degree/qualificatin (equivalent t NQF7) and minimum f 10+ year s relevant experience in carrying ut technical duties in a prcurement and cntract management envirnment. 3 year s Managerial OR 5 year s Supervisry experience Knwledge f public prcurement systems including the legal framewrk f the varius regulatry institutins respnsible fr prcurement and transfrmatin fr bth engineering and crprate prcurement. Operatinal knwledge f FIDIC cnditins f cntract fr Cnstructin Wrks Cntracts, and General Cnditins f Cntract fr Gds & Services cntracts Gd understanding f critical linkages and relatinship between the business peratinal bjectives and prcurement mdels. Skills and knwledge f cnstructin prcurement will be an added advantage Gd cmmunicatin skills.
