Delivery must include unlading, uncrating and set in place. Delivery must include all labr, materials, equipment and persnnel t be prvided by the vendr. Installatin Instructins Cntractr must prvide all labr, tls, transprtatin, services, supervisin, materials and equipment necessary fr and incidental t satisfactry cmpletin f required wrk in cmpliance with manufacturer s recmmended installatin prtcl. Cntractr is respnsible fr remval and dispsal f all generated waste materials. Cntractr is respnsible fr cnnecting electrical pwer t the equipment, as applicable. The district shall make access t electrical pwer available t the Cntractr. Cntractr is respnsible fr any damage t district prperty related t the installatin f the equipment. Cntractr shall demnstrate the equipment is fully peratinal upn cmpletin f installatin.

5 Standard Cntractr Obligatins Shall prvide and btain all necessary materials, equipment and labr t perfrm all items listed in the Scpe f Wrk. Shall prvide and btain all necessary permits with Lcal, Cunty, etc. agencies as required by law and as required in the Scpe f Wrk. Shall schedule all necessary inspectins with Lcal, Cunty, etc. agencies as required by law. Shall strictly adhere t all specificatins, engineered drawings and any ther frm f dcumentatin related t the cmpletin f the Scpe f Wrk. The district reserves the right t withhld partial r all payment until the wrk is cmpleted t the specificatins and satisfactin f the district. Any wrk nt cmpleted t specificatins will be the Cntractr s sle respnsibility and expense t red. Shall dispse f all generated waste materials in cmpliance with all Lcal, State and Federal guidelines, regulatins and requirements. Shall have prperly trained and experienced staff t facilitate the services specified in the Scpe f Wrk.
