The prgrammes are f bradly tw types: pen enrlment and custm designed prgrammes. The rle We are lking fr a creative marketing and cntent prducer t research, write, prduce and publish high-level cntent fr the purpse f psitining Cambridge Judge Business Schl as a glbal leader f Executive Educatin attractive t current and prspective clients. Creating engaging cntent fr bth nline and ffline channels, the Editrial Marketing and Cntent Manager plays a vital rle in driving marketing and business develpment effrts. Key t this rle will be using yur exceptinal writing skills t drive the cntent strategy and engage mre stakehlders with the rganisatin and the wrk we d. Yu'll be creating cntent fr a variety f utputs, frm prmtinal cpy fr web and print t in-depth thught leadership reprts, and will be cnfident adapting yur writing style t the cntent frmat and brand tne f vice. Yu will als be respnsible fr creating shareable and engaging cntent fr scial media channels, such as graphics, imagery and vide cntent. The candidate will be smene wh is naturally inclined t develp relatinships and jin up cnversatins with a variety f stakehlders. The psitin cllabrates with clients, faculty and clleagues within the Schl, as well as the ther University departments and the wider Cambridge ecsystem. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ultimately, the rle f the Editrial Marketing and Cntent Manager is t think like a marketer, leading the develpment f purpseful cntent initiatives in all frms t drive new and current business. This includes: 1

2 Strategy, planning and psitining Wrk with key stakehlders in the cmpany, in particular the Head f Marketing, t frmulate a business-wide cntent strategy t supprt bth shrt- and lng-term business bjectives. Cntinuus evlvement f strategy is a must. Wrk with the Executive Team and Head f Marketing t develp and cmmunicate the Executive Educatin brand and market psitining, ensuring cntent is engaging and aligned with stakehlder perceptins f Cambridge Judge Business Schl Executive Educatin. Ensure all cntent is n-brand, cnsistent in terms f style, quality and tne f vice, and ptimised fr search and user experience fr all channels f cntent including nline, scial media, , mbile, vide, print and in-persn. Cntent generatin and distributin Create and deliver a functinal cntent calendar thrughut the business t bring tgether cmmn bjectives and link business gals acrss functins and departments. Develp standards, systems and best practices fr cntent creatin, distributin, maintenance, cntent retrieval and cntent repurpsing, including the real-time implementatin f cntent strategies. Prduce a variety f cntent, fr example: Translate faculty research prjects and cre subject capabilities int thught leadership (e.g. white papers, blg psts, vides, webinars, events). Cmmunicate the impact f ur executive educatin in the frm f impact studies, award entries and client/participant success stries. Liaise with clients t develp messages, cntent and marketing materials t prmte custm prgramme fferings t their audiences. Supprt the develpment f the Executive Educatin web and scial media presence by supplying high level cntent in a variety f frmats fr marketing and prmtinal purpses. Wrk with the Crprate Cmmunicatins and Marketing team t ensure regular PR, features and vlgs fcusing n Executive Educatin. Ensure business develpment effrts are supprted in the frm f cnsistent, up-t-date cntent and graphics fr brchures, prpsals and pitches. Manage relatinships with trade media and ther influencers fr Executive Educatin purpses. Perfrmance measurement Cnduct nging usability tests t gauge cntent effectiveness. Gather user data and make recmmendatins based n thse results. Wrk with wners f cntent t revise and measure particular cntent and marketing gals. Wrk clsely with Head f Marketing t assess effectiveness f cntent campaigns such as advertrial cpy in the media and cntent such as vides and imagery distributed via scial media platfrms. 2

3 Regularly liaise with Directr f Open Prgrammes and Directr f Custm Prgrammes t review impact and utcmes f cntent strategy n their respective business areas. Psitive brand recgnitin and cnsistency acrss chsen published channels. Website and scial media traffic grwth. Increases in key search engine keywrd rankings. The persn The Editrial Marketing and Cntent Manager requires a cmbinatin f marketing and cntent publishing mindset, with the mst imprtant aspect being t think "custmer first". In essence the rle is t be the stryteller f Executive Educatin within Cambridge Judge. The ideal candidate shuld have the fllwing qualities, skills and attributes. Yu are asked t prvide a cvering letter demnstrating hw yur wn experience meets these requirements. Bachelr/undergraduate degree r equivalent required. Exceptinal written cmmunicatin skills, utilised and prven in a marketing cntext. Extensive experience prducing engaging and infrmative cntent acrss print and digital frmats (including graphics, animatin, vide) that stands ut in a crwded market place. Ability t create bth lng-frm cntent and real-time cntent, whilst managing distributin. Clear articulatin f the business gal behind the creatin f a piece (r series) f cntent. Familiarity with principles f marketing and the ability t adapt as dictated by data t achieve articulated gals. Prject management skills t manage editrial schedules and meet deadlines. Exceptinal attentin t detail. Strng relatinship building skills with the ability t jin up cnversatins with a variety f stakehlders. Agile and highly practive with a willingness t embrace change and t adapt strategies. Demnstrable knwledge, preferably frm a relevant pst within business educatin, jurnalism, marketing r public relatins. Desirable: training in hw t tell a stry using wrds, images, r audi, and an understanding f hw t create cntent that draws an audience Benefits This is a full-time psitin wrking 40 hurs per week. The salary will be in the range f 35,000-40,000 per annum. There will be a six mnth prbatinary perid. Hliday entitlement is 33 days per annum plus eight days f public hlidays (the hliday year runs frm 1 Octber t 30 September). The pst hlder will be eligible t participate in the Cmpany s staff incentive plan (Annual Emplyee Bnus Scheme).
