3 1 PR & Communication Co-ordinate updates of all social media for the stadium e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. Prepare content for print media, radio broadcasts, television etc. Update website content. Ensure correct authorisation and processes are adhered to. Liaise with external suppliers to design flyer distribution. Oversee specification, brief to supplier and final approval. Co-ordinate all media management for the organisation, projects and anchor tenants. Set up accreditation for media access for match days. Liaise with stadium ad agency on required projects. Content for all social media, print, radio and website is prepared and updated. Correct authorisation and procedure is followed. Effective media management is in place. 4 Prepare content for internal and external communication, including reports and press statements. Ensure correct authorisation and sign off is obtained. Draft and discuss communication plans for organisation and individual projects, together with HOD and Supervisor. Prepare and co-ordinate preparation of communication budgets for each project. Submit to HOD and Supervisor for review and sign off. Provide input into design and implementation of communication strategy. Implement the approved PR & Communication strategy. Assist marketing team with the brand positioning and marketing of the stadium. Budgets prepared for each project in terms of communication plan. PR & Communication strategy is in place. 3 Media management on match days Co-ordinate media requirements for match days, including invitations and accreditation etc. Sit with media on match days and attend to any issues or requirements. 4 Administration Prepare monthly, ad hoc and project reports as required. Reporting prepared as per requirement.

5 5 Develop and maintain stakeholder / customer relationships. Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities. Exceed expectations by providing all the relevant information and support to external and internal customers and stakeholders.
