The carcass of the cabinets (on all 5 sides on each cabinet and also on the vertical face of Kadappa sandwiched vertical supports below the platform) including drawer fascia/ sides/bottom, shelves etc. shall be made out of mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, Western India Plywood, AEON or approved equivalent make) & provided on all the exposed surfaces with 0.8mm thick laminate including 0.8mm thick PVC lipping at the edges. Shutters shall be made out of mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, Western India Plywood, AEON or approved equivalent make). Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework using two numbers of best quality EURO type Slip/Auto Hinges (Ebco, Hettich, Hafele or 3.15 M 2 PAGE 2 OF 16

3 approved equivalent make) and provided with one approved quality and profile brush finished Stainless Steel (SS) handle of grade 304 (minimum 150 mm long) Each drawer fascia shall be made out of 16 mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, Western India Plywood, AEON or approved equivalent make) and approved quality and make SS 304 grade baskets / accessories (Hettich, Ebco, Hafele or approved equivalent make) shall be mounted on approved quality, high precision soft closure telescopic channels/slides having minimum weight carrying capacity of 45 kg (Ebco, Hettich, Hafele or approved equivalent make) to be designed as per drawer size and to meet the weight requirement with minimum length of 500 mm to ensure smooth movements of drawer with /without content weights and provided with approved quality and profile brush finished Stainless Steel (SS) handle of grade 304, 150 mm long, grade 304. In each kitchen there should be a minimum of 1No. Perforated Cutlery baskets(4 size), 1 No. cup & saucer basket(6 size), 1 No. 'Thali' basket(8 size), 7 Nos. plain baskets(4 size- 1 No, 6 size- 1 No, 8 size- 5 Nos), 1 No. three tier oil/masala Pull out, 1 No. two tier detergent pull out below the sink, 1 No foldable shutter at the left corner portion, shutter below the sink with dust bin holder(dia 250, Height 145), 1 No shutter at the right end portion for gas cylinders. 4 fascia/ sides/bottom as required as per the drawings given. All the stainless steel baskets shall be of maximum size which can be accommodated in the respective space available inside each cabinets for smooth functioning of railing. The Stainless Steel rods provided in the baskets shall be of combination of 5.5mm dia and 2.8mm dia rods and the spacing of these various steel rods in the baskets shall not be less than that of the samples' baskets available with the Bank(Tenderers are advised to view the baskets available with the bank before quoting rate). All shelves shall be supported on approved quality Stainless Steel(SS) pins and shall be adjustable for various height requirements. The unit shall be firmly fixed to the walls/slabs/floor using noncorrossive metal screws of appropriate size and rawl plugs. All exposed surfaces of units(shutters, trolleys, pull outs etc) shall be provided with machine pressed lamination of 1mm thick MR+ Tough Gloss laminates and all the internal surfaces of the units shall be provided with 0.8mm thick normal laminates of approved shade and make (Merino, Greenlam or equivalent). The laminates shall be pasted with synthetic resin based adhesive (Fevicol, Vamicol or approved equivalent) etc. The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters and drawer fascia shall be 2mm thick, thickness of edge lipping of carcass/ plywood partition should be 0.8mm. 5 with the external laminate shade. Payment shall be made on the basis of front elevation area of modular units only. It is clarified that sides, top and bottom surfaces will not be measured for payment. The wooden frame for shutter shall be made of minimum 70 mm wide marine plywood with lamination, wherever required. The telescopic channel shall be fixed to the carcass of the cabinets / supported with 75 mm wide vertical and horizontal marine plywood members with laminate fixed on vertical Kadappah stone. If there is a need of erecting additional vertical marine plywood members with laminate on account of site conditions, the quoted rate shall have provision of carrying out these works. All necessary hardwares, wooden members with required thickness for fixing telescopic channel rails and filling the gaps shall be included in the quoted rate. The quoted rate shall include making of vertical partition below the existing kitchen slab with mm thick marine plywood if necessary to accommodate modular kitchen units as per the requirement. Rate in words- 2 Supplying pre-fabricated / factory made modular kitchen cabinets with 1 intermediate shelf inside, below the existing kitchen platform/counter (For service platform on the left end), approximately 780 mm in height and 250 mm in depth as per the following specifications and enclosed sketch. Rate in words- 3 Supplying of pre-fabricated / factory made a) Over head kitchen cabinet units of appx 600 mm in high and 300 mm in depth with intermediate glass shelves and vallace for electric chimney b) Top cabinets of appx 400 mm in height and 250mm in depth with shutter height of 600mm to cover chimney exhaust pipe covering upto over head cabinet mentioned at (a) above. c) Electric chimney exhaust pipe wooden box covering in the appx size 3.80 m x 200 mm (ht.) behind top cabinet shutter mentioned at (b) above. The work shall be carried out as per the following specifications and enclosed sketch. The frame work or carcass of the cabinets, its sides/bottom, shelves etc. shall be made out of mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, Western India 4.00 M 2 PAGE 7 OF 16

Glazed shutters of cabinets as per the drawing shall be made out of 16 mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, WIP,AEON or approved equivalent make). Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework /carcass by using two numbers of best quality EURO type Slip/Auto Hinges (Ebco, Hettich, hafele or approved equivalent make) and provided with an approved quality and profile brush finished type SS handle (minimum 150 mm long) of 304 grade. The glazed shutters shall have 5mm thick float glass fitted in 16 mm thick marine plywood frame alround with necessary cleats, clips and magnetic catchers. There will be one glass shelf of 10 mm thick edge polished float glass for horizontal partition in each cabinet. The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters shall be 2mm thick, thickness of edge lipping of carcass/ plywood partition should be 0.8mm and thickness of four edge lipping around the rebate of glass shutter shall be 0.6mm. The lippings/banding shall match with the external laminate shade. The back side of over head unit shall be covered and fitted to carcass with 4mm thick bakelite sheet by making proper grooves at joints and using noncorrossive screws. All shelves shall be supported on approved quality SS pins and shall be adjustable for various height requirements. The over head cabinet carcass shall be fitted to the wall with PVC capped 2mm thick PAGE 8 OF 16

9 concealed MS hanging brackets each having width of 15mm and depth of 2 brackets for each cabinet which is fixed on wall with necessary screws. The exposed surfaces of units such as external side of shutters shall have machine pressed lamination of 1mm thick MR+ Tough Gloss laminates of approved shade and make (Merino, Greenlam or equivalent). And the internal surfaces of the units including chimney exhaust pipe covering and cabinet bottoms shall have machine pressed lamination of 0.8mm thick normal laminates of approved shade and make. The laminates shall be pasted with synthetic resin based adhesive (Fevicol, Vamicol or approved equivalent) etc. Measurement will be taken on the basis of front length and height of overhead cabinet units and wooden covering of electric chimney exhaust pipe. It is clarified that sides, top and bottom surfaces will not be measured for payment. All necessary hardwares, wooden members filling the gaps shall be included in the quoted rate. Rate in words- 4 Supplying of pre-fabricated / factory made Top cabinets of appx 600 mm in height and 450mm in depth as per the following specifications and enclosed sketch. The frame work or carcass of the cabinets, its sides/bottom etc. shall be made out of mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, Western India Plywood, AEON or approved equivalent make) M 2 PAGE 9 OF 16

10 Shutters of cabinets as per the drawing shall be made out of 16 mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, WIP,AEON or approved equivalent make). Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework /carcass by using two numbers of best quality EURO type Slip/Auto Hinges (Ebco, Hettich, hafele or approved equivalent make) and provided with an approved quality and profile brush finished SS handle (minimum 150 mm long) of 304 grade. The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters shall be 2mm thick, thickness of edge lipping of carcass/ plywood partition should be 0.8mm and thickness of four edge lipping around the rebate of glass shutter shall be 0.6mm. The lippings/banding shall match with the external laminate shade. The back side of over head unit shall be covered and fitted to carcass with 4mm thick bakelite sheet by making proper grooves at joints and using noncorrossive screws. The cabinet carcass shall be fitted to the wall with PVC capped 2mm thick concealed MS hanging brackets each having width of 15mm and depth of 2 brackets for each cabinet which is fixed on wall with necessary screws. All exposed surfaces of units including the bottom part of overhead cabinets shall have machine pressed lamination of 1mm thick MR+ Tough Gloss laminates of approved shade and make (Merino, Greenlam or equivalent). It is clarified that sides, top and bottom surfaces will not be measured for payment. All necessary hardwares, wooden members filling the gaps shall be included in the quoted rate. Rate in words- 5 Supplying and fixing wooden vertical storage with accessories for keeping OTG and microwave oven in the kitchen (having around 2100mm high, 600mm width and 450mm depth) as per details given below. Each vertical unit shall have one bottom cabinet and one top cabinet with 2 plywood shutters and an intermediate horizontal plywood shelf inside, two open type cabinets with back side ventilation for placing OTG. The unit shall be standing on 4 nos of Stainless Steel legs of 75mm height. Each shutter to be provided with two auto hinges and one brush finished SS handle ( minimum size 150 mm )and as per specifications given below : Shutters shall be made out of 16 mm thick Marine plywood (Century plywood, Kit Gold, Greenply, WIP, AEON or approved equivalent make). Each shutter shall be fixed to the existing wooden framework by using two numbers of best quality EURO type Slip/Auto 1.40 M 2 PAGE 11 OF 16

12 Hinges (Ebco, Hettich, hafele or approved equivalent make) and provided with an approved quality and profile brush finished SS handle (minimum 150 mm long) of 304 grade. The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters and drawer fascia shall be 2mm thick with shade matching with the external laminate. All exposed surfaces of the unit including the shutters, sides of the vertical unit and internal faces of OTG and microwave cabinets shall be provided with machine pressed lamination of 1mm thick MR+ Tough Gloss laminates of approved shade and make (Merino, Greenlam or equivalent). And the internal surfaces of the units shall have machine pressed lamination of 0.8mm thick normal laminates of approved shade and make. The laminates shall be pasted with synthetic resin based adhesive (Fevicol, Vamicol or approved equivalent) etc. The wooden frame for shutter shall be made of minimum 70 mm wide & 17 mm thick marine plywood with lamination, wherever required. Measurement will be taken on the basis of front length and height of the vertical unit excluding SS stand height. All necessary hardwares, wooden members filling the gaps shall be included in the quoted rate. Rate in words - 6 Supplying an electric chimney of 'Elica Make Spot TC 3V, 60cm size, LED lights, Filter: Baffle, Control: Touch, Finish: SS + black glass, suction power 1150M3/HR' or 1 Each PAGE 12 OF 16

13 approved equivalent along with 100 mm dia. corrugated and expandable heavy aluminium exhaust pipe with end grating etc. complete. The contractor has to provide 3 mm thick white acrylic sheet with necessary hole for exhaust pipe of size 400 mm x 370 mm. The chimney shall have one year comprehensive warranty and minimum 06 year warranty on the motor. Rate in words- Total A PAGE 13 OF 16

The additional details are as under : The existing wooden shutters provided in the flats has to be dismantled and taken away from the site by the contractor. The discount towards the scrap value of these items shall be considered while quoting the rates. The work also includes safe uninstallation of existing electric chimney with exhaust pipe provided in 4 flats in the colony and handing over the same to the caretaker at site. Necessary openings/cuttings shall be made on the frame work/granite boozing/tile cladding/kadappah verticals to insert or accommodate or fix modular units and other accessories. Necessary carpentry works in the kitchen window (wooden / aluminium) for passing the Chimney exhaust pipe to the outside and filling the gaps. Minor gaps/grooves if any, shall be filled with white cement paste and matching shade of skirting or floor tiles. The quoted rate shall include the labour charges for filling the gaps between modular unit and supporting vertical PAGE 14 OF 16

15 Kadappah slab with wooden members. The labour charges, for the installation of the electrical chimney, its exhaust pipe, its SS hood cutting, etc. all complete; to be included. Mode of Measurement The total work in one kitchen of a flat will be treated as one job. Rates should be quoted inclusive of all materials, labour charges, transportation costs, all prevailing taxes such as service tax, VAT, sales tax, octroi etc. 2. The works are to be carried out in flats occupied by senior officers of NABARD. The contractor need to take prior appointment from the residents for taking measurements and for installation of modular kitchen units. The kitchen shall be vacated before handing over to the contractor for installation of modular units. The work should be carried out with least disturbance to the residents staying in the flats. The contractor has to help the residents in shifting the households from kitchen to other rooms within the flat. The contractor has to clean the kitchen /associated rooms at the end of work on each day. The cost towards all these miscellaneous works may be considered while quoting the rates. 3. The tenderers are advised to visit the site and see the existing kitchen platform provided in the flats in the colony in consultation with ACT at site. 4. The contractor should clean the work area on daily basis and remove all the debris of work as and when instructed by Bank s Engineer. PAGE 15 OF 16

16 5. For Payment of Service Tax, you are requested to tick in the respective column and Service Tax will be applicable on Part-B only: S. OR If successful tender is an individual, HUF, partnership firm, AOP, the tenderer has to pay 50% of the requisite service tax ( i.e. 50 % of the payable service tax amount ) to Govt. and balance 50% shall be paid by NABARD to Govt. directly which will be deducted from your total amount of settled bill.
