Press notice and detailed tender notice can be seen on the notice board in the office of Superintending Engineer, Ghatghar ( E & M) Circle), Opposite Sahakar Vidya Mandir, Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Kalwa, Thane (Ph. No , , Fax ) (Copy can be obtained free of cost from Superintending Engineer on request). Blank tender booklets are available on the Government of Maharashtra website ( The competent authority reserves all rights of rejecting any or all tenders without assigning any reason. A) Pre Qualification Stage 1. Pre-qualification documents for determining the Bid capacity of the tenderer will be available for sale in office of the Executive Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Opposite Sahakar Vidya Mandir, Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Kalwa, Thane ( Ph No ) from dt. 28/02 /2011 to dt. 05/03/2011, The tenderer shall submit the prequalification documents from 07/03/2011 at am to 09/03/2011 up to Hrs. in the Superintending Engineer, Ghatghar ( E & M) Circle), Opposite Sahakar Vidya Mandir, Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Kalwa, Thane (Ph. No , , Fax ). The prequalification document will be sold to only those prospective tenderer who submit an attested copy of licensed class A Electrical contractor having in Maharashtra at the time of purchase of prequalification document. 2. The cost of Pre-qualification document is Rs.500/- Only. It is necessary to draw the D.D. of Rs.500/- in favor of The Executive Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Kalwa, Thane for purchase of PQ documents. List of pre-qualified tenderers will be available on 11/03/2011 upto 17 Hrs. on web site Also the pre qualified tenderers will be informed by for further downloading the blank tender document. B) Main Bid / Tender Stage Only those tenderers, who are eligible and short listed in Pre qualification stage, are allowed or eligible for participating in main tender. The cost of main tender is Rs.10,000/- only. It is necessary to draw the D.D. of Rs.10,000/- in favor of Executive Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Kalwa, Thane for purchase of main tender documents. The DD shall be submitted to the Executive

3 Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Kalwa, Thane and receipt will be issued to the tenderer. Thereafter the tenderer shall immediately upload or login information of D.D. details receipt and its date, on web site. to download Main Tender Documents. The EMD of Rs /- for tender should be in the form of D.D. of any Nationalised or Scheduled Bank in favor of The Executive Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Kalwa, Thane and payable at Thane. There after tenderers shall submit D.D. to The Executive Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Kalwa, Thane on or before final submission date i.e. 30/03/2011upto Hrs. in physical envelope. Tenderers shall take submission receipt for the EMD from Division office for further action. Thereafter the receipt details, Registration copy details shall be uploaded on website prior to date and time of final submission of main tender. The tender shall be summarily rejected if it is not accompanied with EMD. Pre tender conference of pre qualified tenderer who have downloaded the main blank tender form will be held on dt. 21/03/2011 at 12 hours in the office of the the Superintending Engineer, Ghatghar ( E & M) Circle, Opposite Sahakar Vidya Mandir, Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Kalwa, Thane. Guidelines 1. The pre qualification documents will be sold in paper form only, but the main tender will be sold through e-tendering procedure. 2. It is necessary to give the undertaking as follows ' Tenderers are not allowed to make any changes in tender documents downloaded from website. If it is so the tender of such tenderers will be rejected and the tenderers who have made such changes are liable for action as per Rules.'' In case of any complaint about the tender, the tender documents published on Government website are considered as authentic and legal documents. 3. It is necessary to give undertaking as follows '' I have seen detailed drawings of works on website. It is part of tender documents. I have filled tender by considering all these aspects. I am ready to sign on the drawings before depositing security deposit and taking work order if my tender is accepted. 4. In order to participate in the tenders floated using the Electronic Tender Management System (ETMS), all tenderers are required to get enrolled on the ETMS portal 5. The tenders submitted online should be signed electronically with a Digital Certificate to establish the identity of the tenderer bidding online. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to obtain the Digital Certificate prior to starting date of sale of main tender. For information required to

4 issuance of Digital Certificate he may contact ETMS Help Desk. There will be no extension granted for either downloading or submission of the tender for any reason regarding delay in obtaining the digital certificate by the tenderer. 6. For submitting the tender online, the tenderer is required to make online payment using the electronic payments gateway service Fee of Rs 1024 for e-tender service provider payment. The different modes of electronic payments accepted on the ETMS is available and can be viewed online on the ETMS Website 7. The activities of Tender purchase/download, Preparation of Bid (Submit Bid online), Submission of Tenders, Submission of EMD and other Documents will be governed by the time schedules given under Key Dates appended to this notice on the website. 8. The tenderer has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials online as required in the tender/ prequalification in the online templates in relevant envelopes The scanned copy of Earnest Money details shall be submitted online and original EMD shall be submitted in physical form in the office of Executive Engineer, Godavari Hydro Electric and Lift Irrigation Division No. 1, Kalwa, Thane 9.
