7 International Professional Certification Program In Purchasing And Supply Chain Management (IPSCM) Conducted every Tuesday & Thursday at p.m p.m. Dinner will be served at p.m. IPSCM is an international certified collaboration program between The International Trade Centre (ITC-UNTAC/WTO) and ELI. IPSCM is a practical, continuously updated and supported development program that covers all stages in the purchasing and supply management process. This program helps present and future managers and staffs responsible for purchasing and supply chain management, particularly in private enterprises.
