DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perfrms psitin duties in a manner that prmtes custmer service and harmnius wrking relatinships, including treating all persns curteusly and respectfully. Engages in effective team participatin thrugh willingness t assist and supprt c-wrkers, supervisrs, and ther wrk related-assciatins. Develps gd wrking relatinships with divisin and agency staff and supervisrs thrugh active participatin in accmplishing grup prjects and in identifying and reslving prblems in a cnstructive manner. Demnstrates psitive acceptance f cnstructive feedback and suggestins, in an effrt t strengthen wrk perfrmance. Cntributes t a psitive, respectful and prductive wrk atmsphere. Regular attendance is required t meet the demands f this jb and t prvide necessary services. - Perfrms walk-in and multi-line telephne receptin fr Albany Senir and Disability Services. - Prcesses mnthly medical cards/general assistance checks, 459 s, branch hlds, and mnth-end cmputer cut-ff. - Issues EBT cards. - Opens, date stamps, and distributes mail, including Shuttle mail. - Receipt in checks/mnies received by mail r persn. - Respnsible fr pening and clsing receptin, including all necessary lcked drs. - Opens mrning vic s and ntifies apprpriate supervisrs and cwrkers when staff have called in. - Receive shipments f packages fr all departments and ntify same f arrivals. - Receive, date stamp and distribute client paperwrk. - Hand ut and explain Prvider Applicatins. Sign persn up fr rientatin class, write reminder card fr them.

2 WORKING CONDITIONS Wrk is perfrmed primarily in an ffice envirnment utilizing a persnal cmputer, telephne and a variety f ffice equipment. Psitin requires sitting and the wrk area requires cnstantly getting up and dwn and perfrming extensive telephne and cmputer wrk with frequent interruptins. Occasinal travel may be required t pick up meeting supplies, mail, r run errands fr the prgram.
