4 New High at Winchester Road Work Completed to Date: Curb/gutter continued with sections replaced. DGA started in SW parking lot. Site wall footings completed on west side and site concrete continued. Brick completed on Area D and bathroom & concessions buildings brick continues on Fieldhouse & dugouts. Steel joists & deck have been completed on the Fieldhouse. Steel at loading dock area has continued. Standing Seam roofing has started on Area C & the Aux. Gym. Air Barrier has continued at Fieldhouse. Metal wall panel & flashing has continued in Areas B & C. Window installation in Areas B & C has been completed. Drywall finishing continued in Area B. Terrazzo prep work has begun in Area C. Ceiling grid has started in Area C. Blockfill has continued in Area E3 & E4. First coat of finish paint is nearing completion in Area C. Bleacher installation has begun on the visitors side of the football field. Mechanical VAV installation was completed in Area C, duct pressure testing is underway in Area B, and plumbing & HVAC rough-ins continued in Areas A & E1-4. Plumbing rough-ins continued in Area D. Above-slab rough-ins and underground waterlines continued at Athletic Complex.

5 New High at Winchester Road Current Work Effort (August): Curb and gutter should be completed. DGA and base layer of asphalt will continue. Permanent water should be ready for use. Auditorium concrete floors will be completed. Site concrete will continue. Brick will continue on Fieldhouse & dugouts. All steel joist/deck will be completed on the Academic building. Air barrier will continue. Roofing will continue on Areas C & B. Roof dry-in will continue on Area E1. Metal wall panels will continue in Areas C & B. Clerestory windows at Gym & Area A windows will be completed. Drywall finishing will be completed in Area B & continue in Area E3. Ceiling Grid will be completed in Area C & begin in Area E4. Paint will start in Main Gym; first coat of finish paint will begin in Area E4. Terrazzo will continue on 2 nd floor of Area C. Bleachers will continue on visitors side and will begin on home side of the football field. Electrical wall rough-ins, overhead conduits, panel tubs, branch wire, main feeders & termination of panel boards will continue. Main electrical feed will begin from KU transformer pad (pending KU setting the transformer). Underground site conduits, lightning protection, voice/data and fire alarm & security cabling will continue. Athletic pole lighting will begin.
