2 IXONIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Finishing touches and final cleaning has begun inside the new addition at Ixonia Elementary, and major work has shifted inside the original building. Demolition inside the original building is complete and framing of new openings and interior walls has begun. New plumbing and fire protection system rough-in is also underway. New exterior concrete work has begun, including the new main entrance ramp, and will continue through early July. The new bus loop will be paved at the end of July. 3 MEADOW VIEW ELEMENTARY The Ground Breaking Celebration for the new Meadow View Elementary was held on Friday, June 1. OASD staff, students, parents, and community members joined the festivities and shared their hopes and dreams for the new school. Crews have begun the exterior wall footings and structures are starting to be visible in the area that will be the new gym. The main campus project includes: Remodeling of the existing manufacturing classrooms Remodeling of the existing building trades classrooms Improvement of existing spaces to create a new transportation lab Relocation of robotics classroom space Opening between the construction & manufacturing classrooms, with new hallway window openings OHS back hallway on June 26 with new window openings cut DEMOLITION, PLUMBING IMPROVEMENTS, MASONRY WORK, ROOFTOP AIR UNIT REPLACEMENT June July 2018 NEW WINDOW & DOOR INSTALLATION, WALL FRAMING, DRYWALL, PAINTING, INTERIOR FINISHING July August 2018 August 2018 CELEBRATION OF COMPLETION September 30, 2018 Demolition inside future transportation lab space

5 OCONOMOWOC HIGH SCHOOL: EAST CAMPUS Upper level conference area with new windows Office hallway with drywall and windows installed Openings for skylights above the bridge walkway The interior of OHS East Campus is coming to life as drywall installation nears completion. 90% of the drywall is complete on the first floor and finishing work has begun. 50% of the drywall work is complete on the lower level. 90% of the exterior windows have been installed on the first floor and 50% have been installed on the lower level. Roofing work is 50% complete and will be finished in early July. New exterior metal paneling installation will begin this week and interior painting will begin in mid July. Excavation of the new walking path between Main and East Campus is complete and work continues until the path is paved in mid July. 6 OCONOMOWOC HIGH SCHOOL: FAB LAB In spring, the OASD School Board approved bids for the renovation of existing classroom space to create the new Ocon Fab Lab, an engineering, robotics, and fabrication classroom and lab space. The Ocon Fab Lab project is not part of the facility referendum projects and is instead being funded by the OASD. Construction work for the Fab Lab is happening this summer so that the new space can be ready for the school year, consistent with the facility referendum projects. The new Fab Lab is located at the top of the main staircase, near the Field House. It will feature large windows where students and staff can see the innovative work happening inside.
