Who is your current Pest Provider? ANSWER: McCall Service, Inc. 2. Can you supply a copy of the last bid tabulation sheet or supply us with current pricing? ANSWER: See Attachment No What was the total amount paid for pest control in the last 12 months? ANSWER: Approximately $4, Of the above total, how much was paid for Bed Bug treatments? ANSWER: Specific threats of bed bugs not identified on inspection reports to determine an annual designated cost for treatment. 5. Of the above total, how much was paid for termite treatments? ANSWER: $ Can you provide copies of the last Termite Inspection Reports? ANSWER: See Attachment No What is the square footage of the lawn at the Port Central Office (PCOB)? ANSWER: Guarantee that any treatment or use of chemicals applications will be in accordance with manufacture s specifications. 9. Clarify what is meant by retreatments at no additional charge ; does this includes retreatments if we find termite activity during our inspections? ANSWER: Retreatments will not include termite activity. 10. If we find termite activity during our monthly inspections, are we required to treat? ANSWER: Report findings immediately to the JAXPORT Building Foreman and submit a Quote for treatment and if necessary repairs. 11. Will any of the buildings under the Termite Treatment require tenting? ANSWER: No. 12. Is there a monthly and annual schedule currently in place for treatments? ANSWER: A transitional meeting will be held with the Awarded Contractor to arrange the best schedule for each location. 13. If the Technician is the only one who has a TWIC Badge, but will need another person to work on site, do they also need a TWIC Badge? ANSWER: Yes. 14. Can I use a Subcontractor if I need a company that is certified to provide only pest control or only termite control? ANSWER: Yes, in conjunction with your submitted quote; the subcontractor cannot submit a separate bid package for their services. 15.
