We will d ur best t remve any mld and marks frm Damp spts hwever we can t cmpletely make these spts disappear. These marks can return quickly due t excess misture.

6 Cmplete Wall clean We spt clean the walls fr insect marks etc.. hwever, a full wall clean requires mre time and ften des nt have a different result. A full wall clean is nly required if marks exist beynd nrmal wear and tear. Discluratin We will d ur best t clean all items with ur cmmercial experience hwever disclratin happens with nrmal wear and tear f the prperty. Often grut, tilets and plastics can disclr (ften int a yellw clur) ver time and they can t be returned t their riginal clur withut specialist interventin. Tile and natural rck stains We d ur best t remve stains hwever due t the cmpsitin f the tiles r benchtps (sme being extremely prus) it is nt pssible t remve stains withut specialist interventin. Ceilings We d nt clean ceilings. Dangerus Areas Any areas cnsidered by ur cleaner dangerus fr them t perate, this includes brken cracked PwerPints/switches, rubbish, bi waste r any ther hazard than can be deemed dangerus. Heights Our cleaners d nt clean at heights. Any cleaning that requires a ladder will nt be perfrmed. Fr instance, Windws in a unit cmplex n the secnd flr. Garage Walls We d nt clean Garage walls r flrs

Examples are Pressure cleaners (grease n garage flr), painters (walls extremely bad) r plasterer (hles in walls). Additinal items Items such as fridges, furniture r any items nt listed in the inclusins will nt be cleaned unless therwise agreed upn by bth parties in writing. Furnished Prperty exclusins We d nt clean r warrant, nick knacks, picture frames, vases, lamps, clcks, fruit bwls, linen and any item that may be decrative. Outside Windws We will clean the utside windws where we can (excluding windws at heights r difficult access) hwever due t weather circumstances we cannt warrant them. Outside Glass

As per ur inclusins we will clean any utside area as required hwever due t weather circumstances we cannt warrant these areas. Garage We d nt warrant any cleaning inside r utside f the garage. Pst Pest Cntrl We will nt be respnsible and d nt warrant items pst pest cntrl that may require additinal cleaning directly related t the Pest Cntrl. Examples are dead insects r animals that have accumulated due t Pest cntrl being applied t the prperty. Cmpletin events A cmpletin event is an event that has happened after the bnd clean and within the warranty perid which may influence the Managing Agents release f the bnd in which the bnd cleaner is nt respnsible fr. We will nt be respnsible nr guarantee cleanliness in such an event. T determine these events cmmn sense shall prevail. Examples f these events are; Buildup f dead insects that were alive during the clean and have since expired. A build up f surface dust that has settled after the clean. Dirt r grime near a windw r dr that has been left pen.

9 Insect/animal feaces. New residents have mved r mving in. Access t the prperty by a third-party cntractr that has nt been apprved by us.
