Abut Wayside s Finance team The Finance team is a part f the Supprt Grup at Wayside. The team manages the finances f the Wayside including transactin prcessing, management reprting, statutry and regulatry cmpliance. The Finance team is a key business partner prviding insight int business slutins, business perfrmance and market trends. The Wayside Finance team is mre than just a back ffice functin, but an imprtant and valued part f the Wayside Chapel heart.

3 Psitin Descriptin Psitin Summary The Systems Analyst is respnsible fr the administratin, analysis and business partnering fr the fllwing systems: Salesfrce Visicase PwerBI This rle includes sme engagement with the Exdus Fundatin wrking n Salesfrce Prjects. As new slutins are identified the Systems Analyst will assist in further develping and enhancing the Wayside s reprting and analytics capability. Key Accuntabilities & Respnsibilities General Carry ut all administratin functins fr Salesfrce; Primary pint f cntact fr the Marketing and Fundraising team fr Salesfrce queries, reprting and training; Recncile dnatins between Salesfrce and Xer, ensuring cnsistency between the tw systems; System administratr fr Visicase; Assist prgram teams with Visicase functin queries; Carry ut all user administratin fr Visicase; Reprt develpment and creatin frm Visicase; Assist with data extractin frm Salesfrce, Visicase and publishing data n the PwerBI platfrm; Assist in enhancements f Wayside s reprting systems and prcesses. Cllabrate with the Exdus Fundatin n Salesfrce queries; Engage with external cnsultants and manage prjects as required/applicable; Undertake any ther duties as directed by the Finance and Analysis Manager; Adhere t the Plicies and Prcedures f The Wayside Chapel and ensure adherence by staff and vlunteers

4 Planning Prvide input int the planning and rad mapping f the IT architecture and slutins fr the Wayside Chapel; Actively participate in team meetings and training as required; Attend all rganisatinal and external meetings as required; Actively participate in service and rganisatinal planning; Participate in the review and further develpment f plicy and prcedures; Marketing and reprting Assist in the nging marketing reprting prcesses; Assist the Head f Marketing and Fundraising with measuring and prviding insight int marketing and fundraising activities; Assist the Head f Marketing and Fundraising with analysis and reprting f data captured in Salesfrce; Assist the Head f Marketing and Fundraising in the further develpment f internal reprting; Assist the Head f Marketing and Fundraising with ad hc prjects as directed. Prgram Reprting Cllabrate with the Gvernance and Standards Manager t manage nging prgram reprting; Assist Prgram Managers with measuring and prviding insight int peratinal activities; Assist the Prgram Managers with administering the care crdinatin system; Assist the Prgram Managers in the further develpment f internal reprting; Assist the Head f Prgrams and Prgram Managers with ad hc prjects as directed. 6 Essential Criteria: A relevant tertiary qualificatin (IT, Accunting, Business r Finance). Strng Salesfrce experience either as an administratr r as a pwer user. Substantial experience in using Micrsft PwerBI r a similar tl like Crystal Reprts, Cgns, TM1, Oracle Analytics etc. Demnstrated experience in wrking with CRM systems. Demnstrated experience in wrking with SQL databases. Advanced Excel skills. Wrking knwledge f Micrsft Office. Demnstrated experience in finance, custmer relatinship management, peratinal, analytic and reprting systems. Highly develped written and ral cmmunicatin skills. Prblem slving attitude and a cmmitment t generate wrkable and pragmatic slutins. Strng analytical and prblem slving skills. Demnstrated ability t manage cmpeting deadlines and wrklads. An understanding f and cmmitment t the principles f wrkplace diversity, participative wrk practices and Occupatinal, Health and Safety.
