The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payment generates 11,500 per annum for 20 years, rising with inflation. A 12kW solar panel system is installed on the roof of one of the agricultural buildings and was commissioned in October The current owners receive a Feed In Tarriff (FIT) rate of 13.8p/kW and the system generates 1,800 per annum. It is the intention of the seller to transfer the ownership of the boiler and solar panels, along with the right to the RHI and FIT payments, as part of this sale.
