DIRECTIONS From Ellesmere head south on Birch Road for 0.4 miles, passing over the canal bridge before taking the left-hand fork towards Lee. The entrance to the farmstead at Lee Bridges is located on the left hand-side approximately 1.7 miles along the unnamed road, indicated by the Berrys signboard. From Shrewsbury head north on the Ellesmere/Shrewsbury Road (A528), passing through Albrighton and Preston Gubbals. Take the left-hand fork to continue on the A528 at Harmer Hill. Continue for approximately 7 miles. Take the left-hand turn signposted to Kenwick Springs. Continue to the end of the road and turn right. The entrance to the farmstead at Lee Bridges is located on the right hand-side approximately 0.5 miles along the unnamed road, indicated by the Berrys signboard. SERVICES The property has the benefit of mains water, mains electricity and private drainage. An oil tank is connected to the central heating system in Lee Bridges Farmhouse.
